  1. I don't see why they won't give it to Widger.
  2. QUOTE(Brian @ Jan 26, 2006 -> 05:43 PM) Why all the heat on Curt Schilling? Am I missing something. This isn't the first I have heard about people hating him. Are you serious?
  3. QUOTE(Steve Bartman's my idol @ Jan 25, 2006 -> 08:55 PM) There's no NFL or NCAA hoops on XM! There's 9 channels dedicated to NCAA hoops on XM(ACC, Big Ten, and Pac-10 are on XM. Big East, SEC, and Big 12 are on Sirius)... And it has baseball exclusively. Baseball talk in December and January=God. I say this because 670 and 1000 are equivalent to 24/7 NFL networks. Oh, and we got XM Roadie's free at the World Series as part of the biggest stadium giveaway of all time.
  4. AL Bust- Staying from the Red Sox as the obvious choice, I'll go with the Indians. They don't have the starting pitching depth to get the job done. Even with these starters, there are still some huge injury risks. AL Sleeper- The Toronto Blue Jays. Sure they ridiculousy overpaid during the offseason, but it still will improve their ball club. I think they will be a contender in a (For the first time in years) wide open A.L. East. They just need someone to step up in the middle of that order. NL Bust- Hmmm. There really aren't any good powerhouse teams in the NL (outside of the always solid Cardinals) anymore making this choice tough. I guess I'll go with the Mets since they made noise this offseason. They are above average at basically every position, but something tells me they won't get it done in the busy N.L. East. NL Sleeper- L.A. Dodgers. They made a lot of moves this offseason. If the back of their rotation steps up, they should be able to win the dreadful N.L. West.
  5. I remember that baseball card too. Was my first Sox player that I ever had and got me into collecting cards.
  6. QUOTE(santo=dorf @ Jan 24, 2006 -> 02:54 AM)
  7. It's defiantly March 14.
  8. Hate it. ESPN has always been the easiest site to navigate on the net. This is now gone since they got rid of the side bar menus in favor of ugly and hard to use drop downs. They have had the side bar since 1997, suprised they got rid of it. For whatever reason, they are also the only site that feels the need to redesign each and every year. Most of the time, it's for the worse.
  9. Got to be redandwhite. He can't post without someone calling him out for his antics. See sig.
  10. I really don't think the line-up is that bad. Like previously said, no real weak spots outside of Korey.
  11. LOL! I am ion the floor laughing at the title of this thread. Chris Singleton? LOLOLOLOLOL
  12. Why would it be fraud? They would be asking an insurance to cover for Bagwell not playing but still being payed. They would need some money to compensate.
  13. Jeez, that video is older than God. They are already getting more 3rd party support than they did with all of the GameCube. I'm excited. Can't wait 'til e3. EDIT: About the pricing, 3rd parties are saying it should cost between 99-150$. God, please make this true.
  14. Isn't this the pitcher without a right hand? I remember hearing about him.
  15. Too much from both sides. Dye has one of the best contracts in baseball. I don't think we should be looking to trade him.
  16. BANDWAGONERS! Serious question though, what does dasoz mean?
  17. WOW Despite what you guys said, I thought it would be decent. Boy was I wrong. I listened to less then 10 seconds of that song before turning it off.
  18. Come on. No way it was better than Miami-Ohio State.
  19. First John Flarherty and now they steal JT Snow. The Bo Sox are really getting back at the Yanks for the Damon deal.
