Here we go with inside fastballs with 2 strikes again. Grandal is so bad back there.

Eloy hit it 78 mph, it must have been off end of bat

We keep moving guys up in the order that are struggling. Eloy keeps trying to pull everything, which isn’t his best approach.

With Yoan back on the roster, there’s no need for Yolmer

I’m torn on whether or not he should still be playing. Sox desperately need his lefty bat in the order, but he’s clearly struggling and has been more of a hinderance than anything else the last few weeks. On the other hand, you have to be careful that his leg issues don’t lead to a more significant injury to his knee or Achilles due to having to run differently.

Yeah outside of walks, he’s not hitting well and really struggling in the field.

Then there wouldn’t be enough to field a lineup. I just hate benching arguably your two hottest hitters in Madrigal and McCann when the team is in a slump.

Yeah I think he’s injured. I’m not blaming Cooper for the velocity issues.

It’s funnier to me that Robert is batting 7th

Is he training with Reynaldo or something? Wow, that’s a crazy dip.

He’s got to be the worst pitcher in baseball from 2019-2020

That stuff is gone though. He now throws 92-95 with mediocre changeup and a poor slider. Unless he can get back 3 mph on his heater, he’s a lost cause.

McCann has an OPS of 1.357 vs LHP. Inexcusable to not play him the last two nights.

This lineup makes no sense again. Just bat Robert 3rd.

Thought I read where his velocity was way down

Sheets doesn’t seem to have the agility to play outfield IMO, but I’m willing to give it a chance. No minor leagues really hurt him this year, as he likely has very little trade value right now.

Yeah as long as we produce enough guys to use as trade bait, I will be content with the system.

Stoney not a fan either https://mobile.twitter.com/stevestone/status/1301379035944157184

I get that....any other teams you see that could be a factor based on ROS

This is all because they only have two starters that can give them innings, and one of them has been struggling a bit lately to go deep.

None

Problem is he can’t be used when trailing 6-1 as well as when they’re up 2-1.

Tigers lost, so still 3.5 up on a spot

You mean trade for reinforcements for a bunch of guys being asked to carry a huge load.

Why? Still would be 3 games over and then you get the Pirates
