at least Lopez pitched very well

Lots of rain for W-S next two days

The caliber of relievers used in a close game was stunning on both sides.

It's more that if you take Madrigal, you have to put him where his glove is plus plus. If not, you're wasting one of his two biggest strengths. Yoan is not showing enough defensively to deserve to stay there.

Funny thing is I don't "dislike" either guy in question. Yoan is just a frustrating player to watch right now and brings into question the org's ability to develop young players in the majors. As for Madrigal, I was just higher on other guys like Kelenic, India or Larnach. I just have a hard time picking someone with 4th pick that you're generally surprised if they get an extra base hit. He for sure will start in the majors, but it's hard to see him anywhere but 2nd.

Dude they just got Hansen, they won't be winning as much

Cedeno with the strong win:)

Nice stat

Nah, more like we spent the 4th pick on Darwin Barney 2.0

8th after Abreu homer

You must be mistaking me for dam, as I'm not a fan of Madrigal compared to 99 pct of people on this board.

It just stands out on the broadcast where they show the dugout after Avi's hit and everyone is pumped up and Yoan is only one on the bench not cheering.

Hell of a catch. He's a good player

What a beast. Hammel hangs like 75 pct of his sliders

Here's their true tank commander

Feels like 2016 again, but everyone was clapping and/or on the top step except for Moncada after that double

Why, did he not run hard enough?

Ball is flying, thought that was too high

This guy is so out of his league. Shame on the Sox if they keep him around after this year.

This clown better be fired the second the season ends.

Yep Ricky is the worst.

What a dumb decision by Ricky. Whit is the best hitter in baseball against LHP and Minaya is tough on lefties.

This is more a mental thing with him than physical

Exactly, at this point he has no hit tool at all. Needs to foul these pitches off or shoot it to LF. I've been surprised at how few balls he's hit hard the opposite way.

All on fastballs also
