  1. Q in trouble....must have forgot how to pitch in the 6th
  2. QUOTE (Chicago White Sox @ Jun 17, 2017 -> 01:55 AM) You literally just said posts ago that teams wouldn't pay up for Quintana because they want pitchers with that throw hard but you think someone will give up quality prospects for Vargas? I don't think he will get a huge package in return at all. Only Archer and Cole fit that standard. Vargas is a much cheaper alternative though to Q
  3. Archer, Cole and Yu are the three that should worry Hahn
  4. Cueto looks terrible this season. Vargas is someone that will get dealt for quality prospects
  5. Kopech getting hit hard. He seems to have hit a bit of a wall.
  6. QUOTE (Chicago White Sox @ Jun 17, 2017 -> 01:31 AM) I think that's true to some extent, but there simply aren't many of those guys available. Someone would have ponied up for Q IMO. Sure but it was never going to be a package "between that of Sale and Eaton"
  7. QUOTE (bmags @ Jun 16, 2017 -> 09:30 PM) I don't know Fisher's defensive report, but power and all I'd have a hard time putting Skoug ahead of fisher given that Fisher has produced so far and that so few think Skoug can stick at C. To me, Fisher has been slightly disappointing this year. Not a bust by any means, but his hitting should be better in A ball.
  8. QUOTE (Chicago White Sox @ Jun 17, 2017 -> 01:25 AM) What really sucks is there are multiple farm rich teams looking for a starter including the Dodgers. If Quintana was his vintage self, we'd almost certainly get a nice haul. To me, I just don't think Q is the type of pitcher that other teams will sell the farm for. Teams want the guy with big velocity that they project will dominate in the postseason
  9. QUOTE (iamshack @ Jun 17, 2017 -> 12:23 AM) And that's ultimately fine...but I'm IMPATIENT! TRADE SOMEONE! I really hope Nats don't give up anyone good if they get Herrera
  10. QUOTE (Heads22 @ Jun 17, 2017 -> 12:20 AM) Yeah, no reason to move Q unless you get something like you would have at the beginning of the season. And if the packages offered were as mediocre as Hahn makes it seems, then he is going nowhere
  11. Q sucks so much this year
  12. So Jackson is on the Nats and Holmberg on the Sox
  13. Also why is Bummer so high and Guerrero so low?
  14. Stephens way too low, Diaz way too high. Burdi as a reliever is way too high as well

Don't forget it's possible the Rockies org hates Kahnle

QUOTE (striker @ Jun 16, 2017 -> 04:03 PM) I'd love to see a White Sox/Rockies blockbuster. Q + Kahnle for Rodgers, Dahl, Hoffman, Pint, Murphy Why would Col do that? Hoffman might be more valuable than Q now. Rodgers is a top 5 prospect. Colorado has strong pitching depth for now.

    Burdi looked pretty damn good

QUOTE (flavum @ Jun 16, 2017 -> 02:20 AM) Charlotte back playing. Another K looking for Moncada. Seems to be struggling to get around on fastballs. No doubt his thumb is bugging him

QUOTE (iamshack @ Jun 16, 2017 -> 01:53 AM) We just drafted like 7 of those Give me a comp? Well I saw a bleacher report article that compared him to Kipnis without defense/speed

QUOTE (iamshack @ Jun 16, 2017 -> 02:48 AM) What is this sudden fascination with Calhoun? Why are we targeting a DH? Big time hitter but no position to play. He will definitely be available as Dodgers have no place to put him

Sox minor league relievers have not been shy about letting inherited runners score for our starting prospects

QUOTE (Chicago White Sox @ Jun 16, 2017 -> 01:40 AM) If he keeps this up until the deadline, he'll be plenty valuable. The more I think about it, the more I think he's a chip we need to cash in. Agreed, if he has similar value to that of a mid-tier closer, then jump on it. Kahnle for Calhoun seems like an optimal trade for Hahn

W-S is not good. Really bad game for Collins
  24. Calhoun' defense is rumored to be non-existent. I do think we are jumping the gun big time on this, as Heyman also made it seem like there have been no talks at all between the teams
