welcome to 2nd half Yoan!!

dear god Benetti, drop the stone puns

I LOVE the pick off moves with the pitcher, as it's been very effective. Hate it from our catchers that have mediocre arms.

nice job by Lucas.....don't even think about letting him start the 7th

From day 1 of ST, they wanted Engel over Leury in CF.

I would hate to see what you consider "the most difficult"

Bad walk for Giolito, need to be able to throw it down the plate and let a bad hitter swing away with 3-2 count and no one on. Even in a start where he has good fastball command, he still has 4 walks.

I guarantee he's not the starter heading into next season. Better chance he's starting in CF for the Chicago Dogs.

My god, these swings by Engel are comical.

Nice all around

good eye, about time an ump called strikes correctly

really should just ditch the curve completely

his breaking pitches just aren't close enough to get people to consistently think of swinging at them.

almost broke Yoan's wrist, Cliff Floyd-style

yep, awful miss call. Ump is doing Lucas no favors.

Please tell me people saw Engel's swing there? Is he in Little League?

perfect NL bench player

Those are 3 above average (at a minimum) hitters. He has great fastball command tonight, it's just he still struggles mightily with his off speed pitches. When he was good last year, he used off speed pitches early in the count and then put hitters away with the high fastball.

Kinsler with this umpire is like the opposite of Yoan and every umpire.

that ball was killed. Lucas gonna get someone killed in the bleachers.

Poor Davidson, his career definitely peaked opening day this year. I like the guy, so hopefully he can get it going again.

It was a bad hop. He plays so extremely deep that if there's ever a bad bounce, he has no chance.

starts hanging pitches once he goes to the stretch....it never fails

9 walks, what a joke. 4 of the walks were on 4 pitches.

8 walks now...Oklahoma Hansen alive and well
