Nor was facing two lefties and two guys with great off speed pitches in his first 4 games back. Seems like he's down 1-2 every at bat.

Yoan can't catch a break from the umps. With that said, he's 0 for the 2nd half so far with nothing hit well.

Engel....that was ugly

yeah, thanks for posting. Things seem odd with Delmonico not playing tonight.

best he's looked thru 2 innings this year

Good zip!

Nah far enough away

He leads in pretty much every bad stat. It's kinda amazing

Actually made great pitches to Trout. This is where he needs to focus from the stretch.

Very interesting, but I think it's more likely Eloy is coming up and Nicky sent down

The captain has asked you put on your seatbelt for Giolito's first inning. Massive turbulence is expected.

It makes me wonder if they're showcasing Davidson or Palka

Nice Jose! Stoney all over that

Such a stupid team. Anyways, is Delmonico hurt again?

I'll be honest, I don't think there's a chance in hell the Sox get a top 150 guy for Soria. Would you want Hahn trading someone like Rutherford or Collins for a set-up man who's not exactly dominant?

But then who could provide the worst defense in the majors at first?

Yoan not taking good swings at all. Nothing hit hard all series, as he went 0-11.

His bat speed is gone. Every swing looks like he's having to push the bat through the zone. No fluidity to his swing.

Abreu again gassed by 89 mph. Only runs he produces these days are for the other team.

Yep DFA time

And then Engel bats in the 8th against a righty with Omar/Palka/Delmonico on the bench. I look forward to Benetti asking him about that decision, or what his favorite dessert is, tomorrow in his brief interview.

2 walks, 2 strikeouts. He's someone where you want them to be swinging out of his ass when it's 6-2 with 2 outs in bottom of the 8th instead of trying to work a walk.

Spaghetti!

I want to know exactly what Steverson is teaching these guys. Never seen a team that takes so many strikes and swings at garbage.

Another called 3rd after taking first pitch fastball. What an awful series for him and Anderson
