  1. Avi nowhere close on these pitches. Stone sounded disgusted with him.
  2. QUOTE (Soxfest @ Apr 20, 2016 -> 12:35 AM) Offensive numbers so far are so close to 2015 crappy start. Worse I believe. Only 3 guys in lineup over .225
  3. I understand how some would disagree but thought the BCS season finale was terrible. Episode wasn't bad but wasn't season finale caliber. Disappointing season overall
  4. Really liked Jungle Book. Agree about King Louie being a strange direction for the character. I thought the young actor did great.
  5. It is astonishing how often the Knights strike out
  6. QUOTE (soxfan85 @ Apr 19, 2016 -> 01:52 AM) By how many games do you think the Cubs will win the NL Central by this season? When John Lackey is driving in runs with his bat, you might as well just prepare for the inevitable. 12 games...they'll win 100 and Cards will win 88
  7. QUOTE (SouthSideSale @ Apr 19, 2016 -> 01:25 AM) Fulmer sucked again...and with that and the sox awful start tonight my optimism is gone Wasn't terrible, way better k/bb ratio
  8. Disappointing the Sox didn't make a single adjustment to Tampa's pitching strategy all weekend
  9. Offense has been abysmal. Not having another bat as insurance once LaRoche quit was a bad decision by the organization.
  10. Like I said, can't believe this guy hasn't been fired
  11. QUOTE (SouthSideSale @ Apr 17, 2016 -> 07:16 PM) Detroit gets hitters and they mash meanwhile the Sox get hitters and they immediately suck. Well the Sox did keep the same hitting coach after a historically bad offensive year. Pretty confident in saying he would have been fired in most organizations.
  12. QUOTE (Feeky Magee @ Apr 17, 2016 -> 07:14 PM) Meanwhile Geovany Soto hitting .308/.400/.538 for the Angels... And Salty with three homers, including two game winners
  13. Free agent hitters just come here and look clueless. Really amazing how often it happens.
  14. QUOTE (maxjusttyped @ Apr 17, 2016 -> 07:46 PM) The only player in the lineup with above average plate discipline I'd say is Eaton. He has swung at everything since he returned
  15. QUOTE (Flash Tizzle @ Apr 17, 2016 -> 06:43 PM) Someone said it best yesterday, Sox are tremendous at getting themselves out without a pitcher even having to throw strikes. You'd honestly wonder at times if they'd be better not lifting the bat off their shoulders They just have no approach at the plate
