Before unloading as many players as you can, I'm a big believer in bringing in a new manager just to see if something clicks. Like everyone says, it's easier to fire one guy than 25.

I see no possible defense for Ventura to keep his job after today. This is one of the worst Sox teams I've ever seen in every aspect.

Micah Johnson needs more seasoning. He's just another Sox prospect that is overpowered by MLB caliber fastballs and his defense needs work.
