QUOTE (The Ginger Kid @ Apr 10, 2015 -> 10:13 PM) micah micah micah This team makes Carlos Lee look like a smart player.

Eaton was god awful trying to bunt in ST.

Time for Eaton and Melky to show up for 2015. Got to get some on for Abreu.

QUOTE (SouthWallace @ Apr 10, 2015 -> 10:03 PM) Did anyone other than Abreu or Avi break camp ready to hit?? http://fivethirtyeight.com/features/spring-training-matters/

QUOTE (pettie4sox @ Apr 10, 2015 -> 10:02 PM) LMAO! How does he hit a bomb one game and then look like crap? Duffy made two terrible pitches to him in the 2nd inning on Wednesday

Alexei not seeing a lot of pitches this season

Hit a solo homer here and make the Twins feel bad for not being up by 5

QUOTE (Baron @ Apr 10, 2015 -> 09:53 PM) I think he's trying to throw balls...that's the only explanation I have I just don't think he's very good. He's a bad fit for this ballpark as well with his tendency to give up the long ball.

QUOTE (Baron @ Apr 10, 2015 -> 09:44 PM) and a balk from Hector...off to a good start The Knights might put up a better fight. They did beat the Sox 10-2 a week ago

What the hell is wrong with them?

Seems like the WHIP for the pitchers has to be well over 2.

QUOTE (TitoMB @ Apr 10, 2015 -> 09:39 PM) And really, Robin has no business managing a professional baseball team. Well, we all know that. He was actually getting a little heat on the radio yesterday, with many asking what would the record have to be after 50-60 games for him to be canned.

QUOTE (chitownsportsfan @ Apr 10, 2015 -> 08:37 PM) Laroche has a career OPS+ of 77 vs LHP. I'd really like to see Robin not bat him 5th against LHP. Couldn't agree more. Really, LaRoche has no business playing against LHP. Still wish we had Viciedo over Bonifacio on the bench.

QUOTE (daa84 @ Apr 10, 2015 -> 08:30 PM) Milone sitting ~87-88 Perfect speed for Beckham and Flowers. Too bad Viciedo isn't around, he crushed slow lefties.

QUOTE (daa84 @ Apr 10, 2015 -> 09:25 PM) the frustrating thing isn't the losses, it's how sloppy we have looked in losing them. Hbp, 2 walks, past ball and a single isn't helping either Just lucky the game's not already over, could have been worse.

QUOTE (OmarComing25 @ Apr 10, 2015 -> 09:24 PM) Our pitching is so pathetic. Well, the pitcher that far and away looked the best in ST is pitching this weekend for Charlotte (not that I blame them).

Didn't they have Noesi pitch a lot of minor league games in ST?

QUOTE (flavum @ Apr 10, 2015 -> 09:23 PM) Just curious...if 3 losses isn't enough to freak out about, what's the number? If they get swept this series, then it's absolutely freak out time.

QUOTE (Baron @ Apr 10, 2015 -> 09:21 PM) Rodon needs to keep his bags packed When is the actually cutoff for him to get promoted for it to not lose the Sox an extra year?

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 10, 2015 -> 08:18 PM) I have no idea what that means? Hawk was praising Samardzija on opening day for saying he was the Captain of Attitude, and how great it was that he was setting the tone for the season by throwing at Cain. Basically everyone in the Chicago media said Hawk sounded like an idiot.

QUOTE (DirtySox @ Apr 10, 2015 -> 08:16 PM) Oof. Awful throw by Garcia. Reminds me of Sosa when he used to have a rocket, and then he got all bulked up and lost a lot of arm strength. It's pretty obvious Avi is a left fielder at best.

Well, the Captain of Attitude approach is giving up runs like crazy.

Robertson hasn't looked right at all so far in 2015 (including ST)

8 of the 9 players in KC's lineup with a .300 or higher average right now. Impressive, maybe they should turn the computer settings up to a higher level.

Indians rotation living up to the hype thru 3 games.
