I really don't like Wade being in. Lowe seemed to be fine, and he had been successful vs Soriano.

Also, I have to say that I thought Gomez's fly out to Griffey was a home run off the bat. It was the only ball hit, prior to Thome's homer, that had the correct trajectory. Konerko's was one of the longest pop ups I've seen.

That fly out looked very similar to hit homer.

I have no idea how that ball didn't hit the pitcher's mound. From the angle near the RF foul pole, that throw looked like it was going to hit square on the mound.

I feel like Furcal swinging at that terrible 3-2 pitch could have been a turning point.

It would be nice to get Manny to the plate this inning.

Also, who stayed after the game for the celebration? We were going to, but left after about a minute of celebration when things seemed to calm down on the field. It was so packed at the park last night. The bathroom situation on the concourse was crazy!
