BTW, I'm sure happy we have Contreras and Vazquez signed up the next few season for five figures instead of having the flexibility to go to 5 years with Buehrle. This was probably the 5th time this year where we were up 5 or 6 going into the 9th, and our relievers did so bad that we had to bring Jenks into the game. With Masset's WHIP just about at 2, can we please send him down? The offense looked much better though, and it's always great to see Thome get to face a righty.
