  1. QUOTE(jphat007 @ Jun 26, 2006 -> 03:34 AM) 100 points difference in BA against RHP. But there are reasons for eithe rway. Ya, I didn't look at those stats. As you know, both of those guys have looked very good this series.
  2. SUCK 'EM UP PABLO! I like how Jenks went away from his 4 seamer, as he didn't have control of it.
  3. I hope Gload's playing close enough to take away the flare.
  4. Burke scares me more than Lamb, as he has a shorter swing. Last time Jenks faced Burke, Uribe made a hell of a play.
  5. 1-1 would have been a great pitch-out count.
  6. Ugh...another 4 pitch walk. Might as well try a pitch-out on the first pitch, and try to get lucky. Jenks fastball doesn't look sharp right now.
  7. We have our best leadoff hitter waiting to bat next inning.
  8. Have we had a walkoff homer all season?
  9. QUOTE(Dan @ Jun 26, 2006 -> 03:22 AM) youre my hero. Last time I try to be optimistic
  10. Here comes the swinging for the fences. Hopefully someone connects.
  11. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Jun 26, 2006 -> 03:19 AM) I was afraid Alex was going to get undercut to be honest. Yep...it was similar to the Todd Walker grounder.
  12. I know I'm the pessimist, but did anyone else worry about the Sox f***ing up that DP?
  13. Man, how do you not call for the squeeze? I can't recall Ausmus doing anything but hitting weak balls on the infield against Jenks (he's faced him about 6 times now).
  14. Walking Ausmus could be a good move here.
  15. QUOTE(jphat007 @ Jun 26, 2006 -> 03:14 AM) LOLOL. You are talking about lucky? No kidding
  16. They're going to try and squeeze here. Ausmus is a great bunter, and they know Jenks is hard to hit. Again, I have no clue why Jenks wasn't brought in earlier.
  17. QUOTE(Wolverine31 @ Jun 26, 2006 -> 03:13 AM) I turned this one on in the 9th :puke The Sox have to be the luckiest team in the major leagues. Grand Slam in the 9th with 2 outs to tie. Granny yestderday in the late innings to tie. Let's go Astros right here... It's these types of posts which really make me appreciate the Tigers fans on this site.
  18. f***! Come on Ozzie, get Jenks in the f***ing game. Cotts should have had one batter this inning.
  19. If Jenks is getting loose, he should be in to face Ensberg.
  20. QUOTE(Maverick0984 @ Jun 26, 2006 -> 03:09 AM) wow 7 RBI's in 2 innings, that has got to be some kind of record I'm pretty sure Crede did that his rookie year vs Toronto.
  21. They have the 4-5-6 coming up this inning. I wouldn't be against seeing Jenks pitch this inning.
