I don't give a s*** that Berroa is a righty, take Viz's ass out of the f***ing game. If a reliever gives up 2 straight homers, no chance he should still be in the game.

Here's the thing with McCarthy: If he is unable to strikeout MLB hitters at a solid rate (like he's done in the minors), he's going to have to either develop another pitch or change from a 4-seam to a 2-seam fastball. The scary thing about tonight's performance was that it wasn't even the long ball that hurt him. I'm not giving up on McCarthy, but I wouldn't shed a tear if we used him in a trade. Problem is, Duque's health problems probably won't allow for us to trade him.

Be nice to see a strikeout once this game for our pitchers.

So let me get this straight: Against the Cubs, Ozzie is extremely quick with the McCarthy hook. Yet tonight, he was way, way too patient.

Big inning coming up for McCarthy here. I'm sure Ozzie will give him every chance to qualify for the win. Also, I think Willie "looks" like he should be faster than Ozuna because he's smaller and bunts so often. However, judging by my own eyes, Ozuna seems to run the bases quicker.

He might lead the world in fewest feet per hit, but one thing you can never question about Ozuna is his hustle.

Dye's defense is just insanely bad this season. If you're not going to catch it, you have to knock the ball down. Also, I'm still refraining from making a judgment on McCarthy, but I'll say this: for the right player, I'd trade him in a heartbeat.

Nothing is ever easy it seems like. That was definitely a play that Harris needs to make at 2nd base.

Hermanson is up with everything. Something just doesn't look right at all.

Cotts should be getting loose in case Hermanson struggles, and Choi and Drew come up this inning.

Little tidbit to think about.....last time Hermanson faced the Dodgers, he was busy blowing a game which cost the Giants a chance at the playoffs. Hopefully, he gets his revenge on national television.

Holy cow! Mr. Clutch, Aaron Rowand, comes through again!

Just like to say that was a great job by Ozzie of utilizing Frank in a way that could impact the whole inning. That's very good managing.
