PK has become just a terrible overall hitter. All you have to do is get 2 strikes on him, and he'll chase the offspeed pitch.

Why can't Ozzie just keep the same starting lineup just once when going for the 3 game sweep (changing catchers is ok). Everett playing in that spacious outfield scares the crap out of me. Why does it seem like Ozzie is making Pods into a platoon player? We didn't trade a marquee power hitter to get a player who only starts against righties.

Everett sounds like he's trying out to become a member of the Cubs. His theories seem like they fit perfectly with Dusty's style.

Here's my lineup prediction: - Ozuna, LF - Iguchi - Rowand - Konerko - Dye - Crede - Widger - Uribe - Hernandez

If you're going to give credit to Timo for winning 2 games, then he deserves credit for losing the first base debacle, as well as the Tigers game where he was brought in to hit in the 9th, only to K with the winning run on 3rd, and one out.

If Ozzie was smart, he'd send Cotts to the mound to start the 9th. Hopefully, the Rockies would send up a batter for Hawpe, who hits a whole lot better against righties than lefties. Hawpe against Hermanson scares me.

We have got to be the worst base running team in baseball. We keep running ourselves out of innings, which is stupid at any field, but especially at Coors.

Ozzie with just some awful managing this inning. Uribe's a god awful base runner. Crede's a god awful bunter. Yet, we make 2 outs in the inning trying to play "smallball"?

A wild pitcher just walks the leadoff hitter, and Ozzie has a terrible bunter try to bunt on the first pitch? That's just idiotic managing. Crede can't bunt....stop giving up outs!

That was just a terrible inning by our 6-7-8 hitters there. Uribe is close to becoming the liability at the plate that many people believe that Crede is.
