On the Marlin's message boards they love the McCarthy and Marte (maybe Contreras) for Burnettl trade. They like McCarthy but I dont' think they've seen Marte pitch recently, they're thinking of the '03 Marte not the current one. If they think Marte can go multiple innings they are going to be sourly disappointed.

Mike Lowell is no longer required to be a part of any trade for Allan James Burnett.

And homered in the 1st two games of this series.

I'd trade Anderson, Sweeney and Owens before I'd trade Chris Young.

The Astros are only 4 games out of the WC. They're trying to trade for Adam Dunn so they obviously seem to think they have a chance, they're not gonna trade one of their best BP arms.
