  1. QUOTE (Dunt @ Aug 1, 2014 -> 08:24 PM) You need to challenge that Robin, get your head out of your ass He is to busy giving interviews saying the whole team is staying as is.
  2. QUOTE (fathom @ Aug 1, 2014 -> 08:22 PM) That's real close in terms of having control of it in his glove. Real close he never had the ball on the bag.
  3. Trade deadline over time to go 1-5 this homestand.
  4. 2-2 tie Suzuki again.....................thanks Alexi.
  5. Come on Alexi get in front of the ball.
  6. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Scott Hall got a lot of heat after he refused to sign a card for a six-year-old fighting terminal cancer. The boy, Danny Nickerson, is from Boston and at an autograph convention in Phoenix just about everyone there signed the card. The list included Bret Hart, Edge, Christy Hemme, Candice Michelle, Angelina Love, Lita, Sean Waltman, Maria Kanellis, Lisa Marie Varon, Taryn Terrell and Brooke Tessmacher and more, many of whom went on camera to give personalized wishes. Goldberg being particularly emotional and saying to call him any time if he wanted to talk. Hall refused to sign the card, which generated a ton of heat on him. The reaction from several people was that it was not only "incomprehensible" on its face, but also that Hall is particularly in the wrong because after all of his personal demons he got fans to pay for several surgeries through crowdfunding. Stay classy, Scott. f*** Scott Hall begged people to pay for his hip operation and he pulls this stuff on a sick child.
  7. Sox win 7-4 weird game nice to take 2 of 3 against motor city kitties.
  8. Sierra having a nice game.
  9. QUOTE (HickoryHuskers @ Jul 31, 2014 -> 03:51 PM) Sox bullpen ERA = 3.89 Addison Reed ERA = 3.95 So yeah, I can see how the Sox would be so many games better by adding a guy with a 3.95 ERA to a bullpen with a 3.89 ERA Reed is not missed.
  10. Tigers now have last 3 Cy Young award winners in the rotation.
  11. QUOTE (Capn12 @ Jul 31, 2014 -> 03:24 PM) Eaton was down in the .250's shortly after coming back from injury..now..closing in on .300. He really has come on lately.
  12. QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Jul 31, 2014 -> 03:08 PM) They usually do something. It's just their inventory of players to trade aren't game or team changers and there really is no urgency to trade them without exposing them to waivers. Who knows , these guys might play a little better and make themselves more attractive to teams in a week or 2. But right now, salary relief is probably the best you could expect, so why should the Sox bother? Same question goes for why should the fans bother.
  13. QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Jul 31, 2014 -> 03:02 PM) It takes 2 to tango. It is funny, all these White Sox players supposedly suck so bad, yet Rick Hahn fails because other teams trying to win, don't want them. It is the same s*** every year 100 threads about Sox trading at deadline and very seldom do they even make a trade.
  14. 2:59 Flowers K's that is how I feel about Hahn right now.
  15. Tigers make trade we get to see GB doing his worst again.
