This is getting out of hand both ways. And it's only going to get worse. No flag should be burned in any country. I do like the guy's hair though, haha.

Come on guys, A-Rod robbed Frank from a hit so he could have 3 hits on the year and it'd put his batting average well over the .100 mark.

Yeah it's only been 1 week, no need to say this team is terrible. But with that being said, I do have some concerns about the team. Mainly in the pitching. Will the starters be able to produce like they did last year? The relievers are the big question in my mind. How's the bullpen going to do? I don't worry about the offense as much as the pitching. But one thing I'm going to miss from last year is that we had at least 2 bench players with speed, Willie Harris and Pablo Ozuna and I don't think Timo Perez was that slow either. I guess I just like fast guys but we're down to just 1 with Pablo.

Today I finally get to use my XM radio to listen to the Sox. I'm excited.

Kansas City loves their baseball team. But they need to start winning before a lot of people want to go and see them play. Back in the 70's and 80's, they were a premeire team in the A.L. West and were always pact. Now since the playing days of George Brett, they haven't been good and they have a hard time of keeping good players. The current owner has himself and 4 of his family members on a 7 person board of directory I believe. I thought that was kind of odd. But anyways they have the right to chant that with the way we've been playing.

Anyone actually surprised that happened? Not me, Sweeney's a Sox killer.

I looked like a retard tonight defending the Sox. I had no clue what was going on in the game but I was going to my first pro basketball game up in Minnesota. The Jazz vs. the Timberwolves. I busted out an old Jazz jersey, with an Iowa Hawkeye shirt on, and had my White Sox had and sweatshirt on. (Who would've thought I didn't have any Chiefs apperal with me??) Anyways I was obviously getting a lot of crap about my teams, lol. Most of it was directed about the White Sox about them being a one year wonder and what not. So naturally I'm defending my team and saying stuff like well we really liked your Twins style, we just needed to perfect it and we did. Obviously this is another year and it's looking like we might be in trouble. I'm not too worried yet, but we need to have a sense of urgency I think.
