Freddie signed a deal with the Tigers. Plans are to do some throwing and then a start at Class A before moving up to AAA. Nothing guaranteed in the deal aparently. Story on MLB

Good to give him a day off to rest the arm and get some physical therapy. One of the reasons we have Griffey is to allow an OF'er to rest, but Griffey needs to contribute with the bat soon. All singles and 2 rbi's from Junior so far.
