  1. Lackey really worried about Pablo
  2. At least Ozuna can hit the ball on a 3-2 count. A single...good for Pablo
  3. Limp offense huh? Maybe they need to make sure they aren't swinging with overcooked spaghetti
  4. QUOTE(DonkeyKongerko @ May 27, 2005 -> 03:36 AM) Hopefully Count erases that possibility. The Count has been doing it this year. I wasn't sure about that move this off season, but I am so happy KW took the chance.
  5. The only thing that could be worse tonight is to see Vizcaino in
  6. Everett out again. Pathetic
  7. 2 out at home plate tonight. One was a blown call by the ump but it's still an out. Why can't these guys get the ball into the air?
  8. QUOTE(fathom @ May 27, 2005 -> 03:27 AM) As long as we keep winning more games than we lose.....KW and Ozzie won't even think about making changes. It's a shame though...our pitching deserves a lot more support than they are receiving. I agree. If Frank Thomas is ready to come back-and I mean the Big Hurt says so-KW shouldn't be playing games with him. Bring him back when he says he can do it. We need that bat. Everett and Dye are just to inconsistent as well as several others. We need a charge.
  9. QUOTE(RockRaines @ May 26, 2005 -> 08:42 PM) I understand the want for more offense, especially when we dont score a ton of runs, and we are used to it by now. But I think this infield, especially the left side, works well together and I think Crede's range is better than many think. He is a great player defensively and Uribe and Crede work well to establish a great defensive front. I wouldnt want to weaken the defense on an already defensively-dependent team. I think Crede is a better glove man than Lowell. No offense to Chisoxfan, but I think he is wrong with his analysis.
  10. I thought Carlton was a real gem. I loved the guy, but I think that was the whole thing with him and that was the 1993dumping. It was wrong, just plain wrong.
  11. I do like Jose Contreras a lot though. He has been very impressive for us
  12. Finley with a walk and a SB. I don't think you should be walking a .197 hitter. Maybe challenge him
  13. I would be embarassed to take this team offense to a little league game
  14. QUOTE(Milkman delivers @ May 27, 2005 -> 02:51 AM) Iguchi was safe...we're getting f***ed on the West coast again. Great job, PK. Nice swing on that one. Just saw this play on BBTN and they all said it was a bad call... He was safe!
  15. QUOTE(WilliamTell @ May 26, 2005 -> 03:00 AM) Good night for Widger so far. Widger has been a pleasant surprise
  16. At this point Juan Uribe equals automatic out
  17. Good job by Dye. 9 pitches for a walk
  18. Sometimes you get worried about Freddie being like Garland last year. Has a tendency to let down and then gives up a big inning. But, he gets out of the 3rd giving up 1 run. Let's get it back Sox!
  19. QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ May 25, 2005 -> 04:59 AM) Anybody else feel bad for the hot female Angels fans for having to watch their team lose? I just wish I could see the hot babes.
  20. Way to go Marte! I'll see you all tomorrow night!!
  21. A-Row out. We could have used that extra run. Let's hang on boys!
  22. TADDDDDDDAAAHHHHIIIITTTOOOOO! YES. A double score Crede. Tad is becoming a real c,lutch hitter
  23. Uribe gets the ssac down. I was worried there for a bit
