I really don't mind this deal at all. Good things to say about both Edwin and Teahen in their short stays here...they were professional and appeared to be good teammates. Good luck to them both. The thing that depresses me the most...no matter what we do with these deals.... we're stuck with friggin Rios for WAAAAAY too damn long.

If the Sox trade Viciedo...I'm done. Out. For the love of God you finally have a power hitting young prospect and you want to trade him off?!? I'm all for dumping Rios...but not at the expense of ridding ourselves of young talent like Viciedo and Sale. I know that sounds like wanting your cake and eat it too...but unless you have a plan to move Rios...this EJax/Thornton for Rios trade makes no sense to me.
