    I agree, I've been sitting here laughing for about 5 minutes. I wouldn't be able to keep a straight face knowing I was gonna look like that.

    QUOTE(Sox1422 @ Jun 14, 2006 -> 10:57 AM) *These are stats I compiled. They may not be 100% accurate, but are close. By looking at your avatar, I've decided they are 0% accurate and you just made them up to get a reaction out of us poor soxtalkers.
  3. i'd like to know how they got that done.
  4. QUOTE(rudylaw @ Jun 13, 2006 -> 12:24 PM) Where would he play?
  5. I know a lot of guys in college that have used it to meet potential new friends when new at college and a couple found girls they had talked to around campus on there.

    I love this thread.
  7. I venture to say Anderson's defense is as good or better than Rowand's. The offense of course is no comparison.
  8. QUOTE(greasywheels121 @ Jun 2, 2006 -> 09:16 PM) Do you think he was happy with his performance with the angry smiley? Sometimes green isn't needed for sarcasm. I guess I got "Kalapse'd" as you guys keep saying. My computer is sporadic in its loading of images, so I'm not always seeing all of the smileys.
  9. QUOTE(Jim Spencer @ Jun 2, 2006 -> 08:46 PM) Hey, Jeff Nelson did a fine job tonight I really hope you're kidding.
  10. I am sick and tired of watching Mackowiak cost us runs in center field on plays that should be easy for someone of his supposed ability, and very easy for Anderson. If it is behind him, Mackowiak for the most part has no chance of catching a ball and if he is forced to run a very long way he often ends up in poor position to catch the ball. He's nearing Pablo Ozuna defense out there. Anderson covers as much ground as Crash in center and sometimes appears to possibly be better, I'll let him develop in the 9 spot for that exchange on defense.
  11. QUOTE(FlaSoxxJim @ Jun 1, 2006 -> 04:09 PM) Tortilla chips?
  12. I also feel that illegal immigration needs to stop. Those who think that we should just let whoever feels like walking over the border come, that's just a recipe for disaster. At the very least, make these people fill out some papers and give them a card so we can know who is in our country and what they're doing if they aren't a citizen.

    I really hate spelling bees, even though I've been somewhat successful. Too boring, too many people staring at you and what not. I retired from spelling bees this year after winning our county bee.
  14. I love how no one comments on Radiohead having 2 in the top 10. Although if there is a correct top 10, thats definitely not it, its just too subjective to make a top 10 many people at all will agree with.
  15. If it was a contract year fluke, we could just sign him to one year contracts every year.
  16. RIP Sergeant Angelo Demopoulos.
  17. For radio where's the choice of "Death"? Or do I really mean green?

    I'm ambidextrious because I type with both hands.
  21. QUOTE(AddisonStSox @ Apr 24, 2006 -> 04:02 PM) In that, he is correct. Case in point. The guy knows his stuff. Cutler is J.P. Lossman/Kyle Boller part deux. I agree. Cutler may be very talented and he may become a great quarterback or what have you. I just can't put much stock in a guy who won 11 games in his 4 year career.
  22. QUOTE(greasywheels121 @ Apr 29, 2006 -> 07:58 PM) And people think we were serious. I actually still love the Hurt, but I loved Kenny sticking up for Jerry and his kids.
  23. QUOTE(greasywheels121 @ Apr 29, 2006 -> 12:45 PM) Good riddance.
  24. It's one game fellas. We give a lot of pitchers several terrible outings before we decide they should be gone (usually). He's inexperienced and didn't do well tonight, but cut the kid a break, it was one bad outing.

    QUOTE(DBAH0 @ Apr 16, 2006 -> 08:50 AM) Yeah most teams are already averaging over 5 runs a game, about 10 teams 6. And you expect with the colder weather, that the pitching would usually be on top at this time of year. It's the juice.
