I sure hope we can get wagner and then trade for huff also. i would of loved to get a decent starter before the deadline but i guess that isn;t going to happen. but hey no one really in contention as of yet has pulled off a trade to get another starter that is worth trading for.

I hope this deal will go through, but i don;t see it happening anytime soon. I see it happenng after the big name free agents sign and pieces start to fall for other teams. RJ would be perfect for us just as long as he stays healthy which he should. Does this mean kw will still have to find another starter or will he go with grilli as the 5th Johnson, Buehrle, Garcia, Contreas, grilli?

That is what i probably going for not cursed. We haven't had any chances of even going anywhere recently except in 2000 when we choked in the playoffs. We are cursed of having reinsdorf as a owner.

What about Clement if the price is right? I don;t see him signing with the cubs and well i think matt likes chicago, he wouldn't be a bad pick up if we can't land any of the big name guys such as pavano or unit (in a trade of course). I think if clement can keep his era in the low 3's like last year he might do us some good. I wouldn't mind seeing some comiskey faithful with that stupid gold tee on their chins. I see him as good #3 starter behind garcia and buerhrle.

i would love to see pavano here along with omar but i don;t see it happening. there will probably be some trades to fill holes.

Parisi's is awsome. THe beef is out of this world, but the line especially in the summer time is out the door because of all the baseball games going on at hale. HSC biggest fan, OBBIES is the best pizza in the neighborhood, i have to have obbies about 1 a week. Never had their deepdish i will have to try it sometime, i usually get the usual thin crust extra welldone. ANyways i had no idea so many of you lived in the area or at least lived their at one time. We will defiently have to set something up at bobby's for some games or something to that matter. Bobby has just put in an outside beergarden and his permits just came through a few months ago, so we can through like a barbecue in the garden on a weekend afternoon in the summer. He plans on putting tv's and all that good stuff out there it should be a good time if everyone would be interested.

It has been there for about 2 years now. It was called linda's sidepocket but the old lady sold to bobby g and he revamped the whole inside and everything along with a new name(of course) it is across the street from lawlers.

Yes bobby's wife is a yanks fan, and we give her alot of stuff for it. I will see you in there. My girlfriend works there on tuesday nights as the bartender, she replaces melissa at 6:00 she said she seen you in there when you gave melissa the note. Anyways i will see you there especially when the season starts. Bobby and millerlight sponsor about 2 games a year to go to the games its something like $30 and its all you can drink and a bleacher ticket along with rides to and from. I will keep you posted.

Hey I was at the local bar by the house yesterday evening and the owner "bobby g" approached me with some info that was handed to him from someone that posts here on this site. It was a message i posted about manuel and in the message i mentioned bobby g's and i guess some people started going into the bar since october. I am in there about 2 times a week and i watch most of the sox games there. Has anyone ever been in there?
