  1. QUOTE (BigEdWalsh @ Jul 6, 2012 -> 09:58 PM) That's what Peavy yelled to the Toronto dugout?? That's probably what he was yelling in his own dugout during his starts before tonight. Glad to see Peavy get some run support finally!
  2. Im going with Sale. Dude has been nasty so far. If they dont shut him down I fully expect it to continue.
  3. Wow thought was a tie game. Please no DP here Paulie. Put one in the OF!
  4. QUOTE (Pants Rowland @ May 30, 2012 -> 03:25 PM) Thanks. So he is not necessarily hurt but removed as a precautionary measure, at least as far as we know right now? I assume the reason for the potential intent would be retribution for the AJ spiking in game 1? He was in a lot of pain. Hopefully just a bad bruise.
  5. Let's not give up this lead the whole damn year.
  6. QUOTE (The Ginger Kid @ May 29, 2012 -> 08:32 PM) the whimperoo Thanks. Wow, I thought that was him but wasn't sure. Great to hear him again.
  7. Sorry for being clueless on this but I havent been able to watch the games on tv the last couple of days. Who is this filling in for Stone?
  8. QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ May 29, 2012 -> 12:34 PM) I'm going to enjoy this one day at a time. Agreed. I'm enjoying the current ride, but not fully ready to jump all in just yet.
  9. Seriously, Viciedo not playing is ridiculous. (Assuming he's not injured).
  10. QUOTE (flavum @ Apr 7, 2012 -> 03:27 PM) I'm just assuming that the Sox best chance at the playoffs this year, as remote as they are, is to win the second wildcard over Boston, Toronto, and Tampa Bay. So Go Tigers over Boston. And at the end of the day, I'd rather have the Blue Jays in there over Boston, so again, Go Tigers. We are two games into the season. Just a tad early to start talking playoff scenarios.
  11. lets start the season with a win and then don't stop, get it get it.
  12. Gordon Beckham looks like a professional hitter. You said bold right?
  13. As of now this team seems to be a slightly below .500 team, but with the state of the AL Central I'll go 82-85. If that's the case, at least the season should be interesting til the end.
  14. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jan 24, 2012 -> 02:53 PM) And I'll bet a good dollar amount that something surprising happens to at least 1 of those teams. That's why they play the games, but right now, those 5 teams seem head and shoulders over the rest of the field.
  15. QUOTE (SOXOBAMA @ Jan 24, 2012 -> 02:17 PM) I guess the 5 AL playoff teams will be the Yankees Red Sox Angels Rangers Tigers That is a pretty safe bet. Only the Rays have a shot of throwing that off, which is unlikely.
  16. Along with PK, my favorite White Sox player since Frank. Thanks MB!
  17. Let's take the crucial first game of this crucial series. Don't stop, get it , get it
  18. Well that sucks... Sox have been relatively healthy this season. I guess it was bound to happen.
  19. LOL Humber's hair was fantastic in that split screen.
  20. Wow. Who would of thought? Phillip Freakin' Humber!
  21. QUOTE (greg775 @ Jul 2, 2011 -> 04:50 PM) Fathom may be right. If Dunn keeps this up the rest of this season and is the same next April and May, he may just retire. How can a human being fail for this long and not have it affect them no matter the money? its already eating at him significantly.
