We don't play at the House of Horrors in Oakland yet so we I think have a shot at going 6-4 or better over this nine game road trip. Or at least that's what I'm hoping.
6-3 is very reasonable.
We face the Mariners weaker half of the rotation.
Angels will be the toughest challenge, if were hitting by then we could win the series.
Giants, well they are just terrible, can't hit, their pitching is only worry since we haven't faced many of those guys.

Ugh... This guy is convinced that everyone wants desperately to sell low. He needs a third baseman, so he keeps asking for Braun, offering guys like Francoeur and Pedro. And he just keeps bombarding me with trade offers -- five this morning, not one decent player in the bunch. I'm getting really annoyed by his s***.
I pull the same s*** in my leagues. If a good player isn't doing too hot I'll try to trade two ok players for him, but I have a way of making it look like a good trade.
Take this gem trade I made early in the season:
Rich Hill
Brandon Lyon
for
Kazmir
The guy needed a closer, boy did I score
or this gem
Brad Lidge
for
Matt Kemp
When Kemp wasn't even playing.
Guy also needed a closer.
Remind me to propose about 5 trades or so to you in league 2.

Ramirez, SS; Q, LF; Thome, DH; PK, 1B; Dye, RF; Swish, CF; Crede, 3B; Uribe, 2B; Hall, C.
Is this official?
Not posted on any mlb related site.
My offense is just awful.
With that said....trade anyone?
Any offensive player on my team can be had, yes, even Tex and Wright for right price.
Konerko can go too, in a heartbeat.

KW needs to call Ozzie into his office and tell him to choose from a short list of new hitting coaches.
To me hitting coaches and pitching coaches are overrated.
The players are the ones performing not Greg Walker or Don Cooper.

The Bears just have a sterling record of 1st round picks the last decade:
2005: Cedric Benson
2003: Michael Haynes, Rex Grossman (who will solidify his bust status this year, his last with the Bears)
2002: Marc Columbo
2001: David Terrell
1999: Cade McNown
1998: Curtis Enis
And of course, if you go back into the early to mid 90's, you find studs like John Allred, Rashaan Salaam, Stan Thomas and Alonzo Spellman. Not many teams can match 1st round busts with the Bears in the last 15 years or so.
Doesn't bode well for Chris Williams does it.
