  1. Don't forget to also create a player named "neverlose sight" which will also unlock the Boston Red Sox St. Patrick's Day uniforms. Then, just save your profile.
  2. "Gload grateful for opportunity White Sox consider him consummate bench player" http://chicago.whitesox.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb...t=.jsp&c_id=cws Gload's bat has been slumping so far but hopefully he'll turn it around soon. He's been hitting alot of ground-outs lately. His glove at 1B has been outstanding though.
  3. Don't forget that David Ortiz barely plays any 1B because he's horrible there. He's mainly a DH.
  4. White Sox make four roster moves http://chicago.whitesox.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb...t=.jsp&c_id=cws 11 more cuts to go and our opening day roster is set.
  5. Latest news... The guy on Comcast Sports Net Chicago mentioned something about Jamie Burke being the probable backup catcher and that there is something in the works as far as an attempt to trade Ben Davis. It could be complete BS but it's interesting nonetheless. We all know that Ozzie loves Burke and he probably likes the fact that he can play some 3B.
  6. GAME OVER ON A POP UP TO WIDGER! Garland gets out of the jam! SOX WIN, 11-9!!!
  7. Hollandsworth chops one to 1B. Macias scores. Runners at 2nd and 3rd. 1 out. 11-9 Sox. Cooper takes a trip to the mound. Garland rings up Brandon Sing with a breaking ball on a 3-2 count. 2 outs.
  8. That's 4 homers and 11 RBI's for Borchard this Spring. He must want to get traded. Dreaded leadoff walk to Jose Macias by Garland. Ronny Cedeno with a base hit. Runners at 1st and 2nd. Tying run to the plate. No outs. Garland gives up another base hit. Bases loaded, no outs. Hollandsworth up. Garland is killing us.
  9. BORCHARD WITH AN ABSOLUTE BOMB!!! Jesus Christ, that ball was f***ing deep. Borch's trade value is rising...
  10. Some pitcher named Van Buren in for the Cubs. Sox batter (didn't catch his name) pops out. 1 out. Brooks Boyer in the booth with Hawk and D.J. Josh Fields walks. 1 out. Ross Gload up to bat. Gload grounds out, AGAIN. Fields to 2B. Borchard up to bat. 2 outs.
  11. Cool Sox commercial... "Only one stat matters..." "W" "Win. Or die trying."
  12. 9-8 Sox in the bottom of the 8th inning. Garland ends the inning on a weak grounder. That was the quickest inning I have ever seen.
  13. Felix Pie pops out to Borchard in RF. 1 out. Casey Kopitze up. Garland makes a great play on a come-backer shot. 2 outs.
  14. Burke chops one and there's another bad throw to 1B. Everyone boos because the pitcher missed tagging the base. Tim Raines saw it and complains. Burke was safe. Inning over. Sox 9-8.
  15. A much better inning by Garland. Micah Hoffpauir strikes out looking to end the inning. Some oldman pitcher on the mound for the Flubs. He looks like he's 50. Eddie Oropesa is his name. He strikes out Brian Anderson. Chris Widger up. Widger singles through the hands of the 3rd baseman. Wilson Valdez up. 1 out. Valdez chops one to the SS. Widger out at 2B. Valdez safe at 1B. Pablo Ozuna up to bat. 2 outs. Ozuna chops one to 1B. Bad throw by the 1st baseman to the pitcher fielding 1st. Valdez scores from 1B. Ozuna to 2B. 9-8 Sox!!!

  17. Jeez. Does Gload deserve to make the team? All I have seen him do this spring is ground out. His defense at 1B has been great though. Borchard lines out to RF. Inning over.
  18. Josh Fields batting for Crazy Carl. He flies out to RF. 1 out.
  19. Garland gives up a deep double to CF to Henry Blanco. Brian Anderson plays the ball horribly. 2 runs score. Garland sucks. 8-7 Sox. Then Garland gives up a deep double to the wall in LF. 8-8, Tie game. Once again, Garland sucks. I guess Garland wants to get his big inning out of the way. Nomar grounds out. Inning over. 8-8, Tie game.
  20. Garland pitching. Almost a great play by Crede at the hot corner. Dubois at 1B, no outs. Jermaine Dye in the booth with Hawk and D.J. Dye is talking about why he took less money to come to the Sox. He loves the team and wanted the best chance to win. Borchard makes a great catch on a pop fly down the 1B line. Dubois does not advance. 1 out. Kelton with a duck snort to RF. Runners at 1st and 2nd. 1 out.
