  1. Clearly burger has busted guys, it's obvious
  2. Us Open has to be thrilled with the finals after all the dropouts.
  3. http://www.houstonchronicle.com/local/gray...ng-12172506.php An absolutely gut wrenching read on a volunteer that began coordinating the rescue calls for the Cajun navy.
  4. QUOTE (reiks12 @ Sep 8, 2017 -> 01:51 PM) Gio is due to lay an egg, he would have a couple good games followed by a s*** show the last few months. On the other hand, the Giants offense.

I just have no confidence that even if Engel finds an approach that works that he doesn't tinker himself out of it immediately. He came upa nd was hitting fine with his hands up, and he was different 2 weeks later and ever since every iteration he's been bad. Now his hands are back up and he hit a homer. a week from now he'll be in some weird crouch.
  6. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Sep 8, 2017 -> 12:58 PM) Neither of those will happen. They're a financial industry firm, they're paid up with the right people and that's the important thing. Eh, this isn't goldman sachs. Status quo always wins, but the reputation of the credit bureaus within finance isn't prestigious. I don't know about Equifax, but nothing Transunion does is also that complicated to unwind the way an actual financial institution would. They sell info, but they aren't making bets on info that I've seen anywhere.
  7. Yeah I lucked into hunt in one super early draft and then got him pretty high in another. Was sweating that it was worth it (though there was a huge run on running backs so not many options at that time)
  8. I was thinking how I hope this lawsuit fully takes down Equifax but tbh I hope we get a political solution that "solves" the true identity problem. Fat chance probs.
  9. Basically in september is when I flip the switch and legit do not want to win games. Earlier in the year, let the chips fall where they may.
  10. It's also annoying as f*** when you have lifelock/credit monitoring. I actually put holds on Experian activity so every time a new line gets opened I have to hop on a 15 minute phone call to verify identity.
  11. QUOTE (Brian @ Sep 8, 2017 -> 06:23 AM) I really thought Venus had it as they headed to 3rd but Sloane showed everyone what's up. Especially that last dominate break. I was going hard for Venus but Sloane won me over there. Venus was killing the ball and couldn't get anything by her. Plus everytime Venus came up to the net bad things seemed to happen.
  12. I feel the same, they should be required to solely exist to right the wrongs of their tremendous f***up. Whenever you stop and think about it, it seems like such a terrible idea for this to be a private industry. But your government deciding your credit-worthiness seems worse. At the very least, a public credit history (no score) with an established process to challenge and remove fraudulent activity seems more fair. This is exactly why the CFPB should continue to exist.
  13. Anyone with an idea that bad should be shamed into oblivion. Alas, CNN panels galore
  14. I would use a verrit code if it meant Hillary went away
  15. I really want a top 2 pick
  16. https://www.wired.com/story/how-to-protect-...=social_twitter Info on what to do. My info was compromised. They gave me a sign up date for their credit watch program for a year. Gee thanks.
  17. An unreal 3rd set from sloane and Venus.
  18. Oh no. Not the shoulder please
  19. I kinda feel like smarj will do great against us.
  20. Seems like everyone thinks Chicago is out, but this is what machines are made for. No f***ing way you could build in Nova/DC a campus that's required and deal with housing for the additions. Same with Boston. Toronto/ATL I all believe.
  21. QUOTE (turnin' two @ Sep 7, 2017 -> 01:02 PM) Damn does that guy hate the Sox. It's hilarious everyone taking this quote seriously.
  22. QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Sep 7, 2017 -> 04:09 PM) U of I and their CS program feeding into Amazon is a huge draw as well. Yeah, and we all know they would consider u of michigan as part of that pipeline as well. We all know the negatives for illinois and chicago, but there was a reason we were a possible olympic destination. There are few major cities that still have the capabilities in terms of land and housing that Illinois has, as well as a pipeline of great college programs. I don't think we'll get it, but what a hope to have for the city.

I hope Willy hits 4 HRs for Kanny.
  24. Wow that's awesome.
  25. Let's try to keep this thread away from the filibuster please. I hope all of our florida posters were able to evacuate and their homes and businesses avoid major damage.
