Saw the Ponys last night at empty bottle for their 25th anniversary book launch. They reunited for the show. Was a great show. I'm super tired though, too late for a school night.

So yeah, Hillary Clinton routinely finds herself in conflicts of interest she doesn't turn down or avoid. But her worst scandal probably is on par with non-scandals from Trump, like when he rescinded the contracts to the early buyers of the Trump Tower in Chicago when he realized they were worth more, after they took the initial risk in the build of the building. But please, do more research. We haven't yet seen enough.

Would much rather play hayes/coats than waste a spot on a 35-year old first baseman when we are in 4th place in June.

The sox strategy of being a lower-half payroll team that will stay competitive through free agency signings doesn't seem like a strategy anyone would advise. But here we are.

While I think it's crazy to blame this on Sale, as I did in the winter, I'm fairly confidently leaning on the side of us being competitive faster by trading some core pieces. This whole "fielding a team with minimal depth and always erring on the side of seeing if one more marginal upgrade puts us over the top" thing doesn't seem to be working out.
