Send him to Giolitos pitching coach.

Love twitter.

Mendick does this. He’s pretty streaky.

Ah game threads.

He just needs to find his slider again. The Sox have leaned way too hard in his fastball, whole league has gone away from that.

Wish that didn’t happen

The Kanny kids have been so resilient.

Great post

Birmingham in a 0-0 game with 3 hits guess Robert didn’t do anything... opens box score Robert has 2 of the hits and a stolen base...

Man DJ sounds great not to be paired with Ed Farmer

I am so excited for James Beard still

May also just be to meet player dev staff in AZ before heading to affiliate ball.

Sounds like I didn’t miss much. I’m fine with it though, I really liked rounds 3 and 4, though it’s not the best draft ever. I would say if his 17/18/19 drafts I’d say this is most likely to produce multiple starters.

It's pretty wild to draft two guys not on BA500 in the top 10.

This is where law rubs people the wrong way but I find it kinda funny. When Lee was drafted, other draft folk went "were we too low on him?" to scouts. Law was just like "terrible pick! They are wrong and their letting go of the scouting dept will doom them!"

bah, looks like the rest of the draft is gonna be boring. I'll take it, but sucks for now.

?

Whoa...wait what? Bradley 3:19 Love the James Beard pick for the White Sox on name alone. Outcome likely to be Terrance Gore? Billy Hamilton? Hopefully more? Keith Law 3:20 Same org that turned Micker Adolfo from a workout phenom into an actual hitter. I give them a good chance here.

I'm fairly confident that soxtalk hivemind would be a pretty good scouting director.

Dan Hammer still around.

Nate 3:13 Keith, it is very strange to see the White Sox drafting players high up on your board. Does this indicate a change in strategy or are you secretly advising Rick and Nick? Keith Law 3:13 Definitely not advising them, and I don't think they need my help either. Really strong draft for them so far.

In order to get the slot amount the kid has to sign or you lose it.

Let's all congratulate Dan Metzdorf for being $5,000 richer!

He uh, has a nice ERA. http://www.thebaseballcube.com/players/profile.asp?ID=198219

There is no BA500 for this guy.
