  1. Apparently I shouldn't have went to bed before the end of Heat-Warriors last night. That's an unacceptable move on my part.
  2. QUOTE (Brian @ Feb 12, 2014 -> 08:32 PM) YOU'RE UGLY and so is Krush and farmteam and dick Allen. And that's how you win an argument folks!
  3. QUOTE (Brian @ Feb 12, 2014 -> 08:15 PM) I don't get why the team defending calls a timeout when other team down with ball has none. Cuse was out of sorts after the FTs. I disagree with you here, I feel the scramble is beneficial to the offense in those situations. Either way it was just an incredible shot by Ennis. That kid is special, he's just cool down the stretch, doesn't let big moments get to him.
  4. You big 10 fans missed an incredible Pitt-'Cuse ending.
  5. These rumors are fun and all but this is the Chicago Bulls, there will be no trading for or signing a superstar.
  6. QUOTE (ewokpelts @ Feb 12, 2014 -> 12:20 PM) hard to give any stock to a GRANTLAND article... Why? And while Danks certainly hasn't lived up to his contract, I think he'll be just fine these next few years.
  7. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Feb 11, 2014 -> 08:10 PM) They are playing really hard, this game is like old times. The shockers look like they expected to roll out and win. Again, I don't expect them to win, I just want a good game, bu I like what I see. Omfg Beane, the kid is just lighting it up Just not enough there yet. But we're onto something here, Beane is a star.
  8. Make some f***in ft's, keep Bola from picking up his 3rd early and let Desmar and Beane go to work in the 2nd half...who knows.
  9. Hoping we can keep it close tonight. But even if we don't this is the first game this late into the season that I've been excited about in 5 or 6 years so at least there's that.
  10. QUOTE (Brian @ Feb 11, 2014 -> 05:50 AM) Hope he stays heel with Zeb and let Swagger become a jobber face. Never win the WWE World Heavyweight Title. They'll make you look like crap. Orton in no way should be losing clean on Raw to these guys. Should be sneaking out with DQ's or something. I understand the title means jack still, but build your guys up. Wyatts and Shield are the only things on Raw I look forward to. I like Bryan but it's no fun the way they use him His move set is so incredible that he's going to have to be a face at some point. Too many moves that fans pop for. As far as Orton-Cena, it was actually a good match but still bored me. I just can't be entertained with those two working together anymore.
  11. QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ Feb 10, 2014 -> 10:44 PM) Hey, you guys know each other and didn't even realize it. You should be a comedian.
  12. QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Feb 10, 2014 -> 09:15 PM) That Wyatt vs. Shield build was awesome. Both groups are fantastic and ya they've done a good job building it. The inevitable break up of The Shield makes me sad. With Punk gone they've become my favorite thing in wrestling. I understand breaking them up but it still makes me sad.
  13. Poor Ziggler. And they're really getting crafty to try and get Batista cheers. Man, he's awful.
  14. QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Feb 10, 2014 -> 08:18 PM) Raw is excellent tonight. Glad I started watching tonight. 2 a just awesome matches in the first 1.5 hours. Surprised how over that Cesaro guy is. Cesaro is awesome. Hopefully he gets a nice face push once he breaks from Swagger.
  15. QUOTE (Reddy @ Feb 10, 2014 -> 06:22 PM) As the resident Beachbody Coach here I'm gonna tell you that I'm skeptical of Insanity. Does it work short term? Yes. If you can stick with the insane ass-kicking pace. Is it a sustainable long-term answer? Not at all. If you just keep doing Insanity your body WILL break down in short order. Back problems, joint problems, etc. So the key is to use it for a 60 day period, then do something else and come back to it again some day if you feel the desire. Basically Insanity can be a kickstart for a healthy lifestyle, but if you're looking for a long term solution Insanity isn't it unless you're willing to foot the medical bills But yes, no equipment needed, and a helluva workout program as long as you know you're going to have to do something different after the 60 days are up. I'd incorporate a work out or two from there into my routine to switch things up. It's what I did with p90x too. Thanks for answering my question. I have an odd time of my life coming up as 3 of my really good friends who actually still like to go out and party are moving out of town in the next 2 weeks and a lot of my other good friends are either getting married or having kids. Because of this I'm going to dedicate most of my free time to killing myself with my work outs instead of being a drunken fool.

QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Feb 10, 2014 -> 04:48 PM) I was into Ground Floor. It was fun. We'll see if it lasts. I agree. Wasn't anything amazing but it was an enjoyable 30 minutes.
  17. QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ Feb 10, 2014 -> 04:03 PM) About 50. At 6'6, it makes a bit less of a difference, but still a lot. That's awesome dude, congrats. Rock, what equipment do you need for insanity?
  18. QUOTE (Brian @ Feb 10, 2014 -> 04:34 PM) The brown actually wasn't bad but was only on it for like 5 stops. Red is miserable. I just missed the last purple express in the am It's awful. When I was working downtown and had a rotating schedule I had to take it from Jarvis to Jackson at least once a week and I just dreaded that day.
  19. QUOTE (bmags @ Feb 10, 2014 -> 02:30 PM) Ugh, don't even cover it. I started to forget they existed. Man, I actually totally forgot about them for a bit. My life was so much better when they were out of my mind.
  20. At least ESPN hasn't put Chris Broussard on yet. I was expecting to see that asshole on my tv all day today.
  21. Ya I'll echo rock's and y2hh's feelings here, you basically just gotta say 'f*** it' and push yourself to hit the weights the first few days. I'm also exactly like Rock, it takes me a week to get back into things if I've taken a break but after that first week I'm completely mind f***ed if I'm not hitting my routine. I've went through so many slumps when it comes to working out but you just have to remember how much better you feel when you're getting your workouts in.

Ringo and Paul are still awesome. Alicia Keys and John Legend killed it too. I really enjoyed that.
