QUOTE (RockRaines @ Dec 29, 2013 -> 06:44 PM) Well then statistics don't matter. Eye test rules!!!!! The eye test says he sucked too. He was bad.
-
Ha there's an argument on Rodgers today? He was bad. Still wouldn't want to face him in the playoffs though.
-
That sounds like a pretty cool idea for a party.

QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Dec 29, 2013 -> 12:35 AM) Chris Bosh showed last night just how much he's sacrificed individually for the good of the team the last 3+ years. He's become pretty underrated. I agree with this.

Today should be awesome. Sunday ticket really earns its keep today.

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Dec 29, 2013 -> 09:36 AM) I bet Ronda Rousey has a lot of hate sex Do you remember the 1004 holds Jericho promo from WCW? That's what I think about when I watch her fight...armbar.

QUOTE (SoxAce @ Dec 29, 2013 -> 02:04 AM) Still the greatest ever. Shame it had to end that way for him, but karma is a b****. Indeed. I can't stand Silva and was hoping he'd get his ass kicked but it's a shame it ended this way. And ya, you can definitely make the argument that he's the best ever.

QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Dec 27, 2013 -> 12:14 PM) Finally going to see Stevenson play tomorrow. First time I'll see Brunson in person. Well that was fun. Groce is here btw. -
I'm fully expecting Paul George to get hurt at some point this year, just because.

QUOTE (DukeNukeEm @ Dec 26, 2013 -> 09:52 PM) Every year these vaunted defenses get torched by a QB who catches fire in the playoffs. The Eagles, Saints, Bears/Packers winner... they get in and suddenly their extremely dangerous because if the game devolves into a shootout you're taking Brees, Rodgers, Foles and the Bears ungodly 1-2 WR combo against whatever offense Seattle, Carolina and San Francisco can muster. When the wheels come off and everyone is just heaving that s*** the defense stops being so important. Not necessarily saying the Bears specifically trip into the playoffs and go on some magical run, but I wont be as shocked as everyone else when Seattle gives up 30+ points in the playoffs and loses because they can't keep up. The Super Bowl last year was Joe f***in Flacco vs that same Niners team you're talking about Rodgers, Peyton and Brees all have less rings than Eli Manning and Roethlisberger.

QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Dec 25, 2013 -> 10:38 PM) Haha they all do. As I've said before, I don't hate Cena but at a house show, I got exactly the people I want to be there, as long as AJ is there. Fun time, basically what you'd expect out of a house show. First time I've been to a non ppv show in years, the place still goes absolutely bat s*** Crazy for Punk even when it's not a sell out.

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Dec 26, 2013 -> 04:13 PM) I have posted both, the best I have gotten from you is "meh". Meh, post better.

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Dec 26, 2013 -> 03:51 PM) YOU DONT THINK ANYONE IS GREAT LOOKING Haha I'm not a fan of 'curvy' women for the most part. I like the thin, long leg types compared to the thicker girls.
-
Lawrence was my favorite part of the movie and as I've said before I don't even think she's great looking but I enjoy her on screen.
-
QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Dec 26, 2013 -> 03:38 PM) If Sale's deal actually had been like 7/$70, rather than the last/expensive years being options, I could definitely see the team hesitating or not signing that deal. Ya that changes things big time, no doubt.
-
QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Dec 26, 2013 -> 03:29 PM) No. He was year to year before that. If he blew out his arm in September, the Sox could have walked away. It bought out arb years, but there is no obligation to offer him a contract. Do the Sox owe Dylan Axelrod money for the next several years? Man, you really like to argue just to argue. Fine, they bought out his arb years plus 1, so they locked themselves into 4 years for a whole 32 million, not 7 years for 120. The situations aren't even comparable, you're just trying to make a point for some reason.
-
QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Dec 26, 2013 -> 03:20 PM) No he wasn't. I don't think people realize Tanaka is only 5 months older than Sale. The contract extension added one more guaranteed year, so yes he was.
-
QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Dec 26, 2013 -> 03:18 PM) Sale has a 6-7 year deal. He was under our control for most of those years already, much different story. And what Balta said.
-
QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Dec 26, 2013 -> 03:10 PM) But simultaneously, the idea of him winding up similar to Matsuzaka in performance and injuries while getting $50 million more is terrifying. And as much as we all like Abreu we'd have a ton of money locked down on basically 2 prospects. I just honestly never want to give a pitcher a 6-7 year deal and that's what he's going to get. No thanks.
-
Gotta hope it takes a while for him to knock the rust off.
-
Well I cast my vote through deadspin's vote, I voted for Frank, don't worry!
-
Ya I think Jake is one of the better, more level headed posters on this site but his posts on Cutler definitely read as a grudge.

QUOTE (iamshack @ Dec 14, 2013 -> 07:28 PM) Hah, they are what they are. I enjoy P90X and X2 are both outstanding...and for what I've gotten out of them, they were well worth the money I spent. I was hesitant to buy this one, but I enjoy the variety and the 30 minutes appealed to me. I'll let you guys know my thoughts once I start. Have you started this yet, shack? I'm no longer working at a gym and haven't gotten a new membership yet so I'm debating on grabbing this or ddp yoga. My dad has a solid home gym(bench, dumbells, treadmill, speed bag, heavy bag) that I can mooch off probably a few times a week but I want to be able to do something at my apartment as well.

QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ Dec 26, 2013 -> 01:52 AM) I've been stuck between 200-205 for a few months now. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but my goal for a while has been to get between 215-220 by putting on some muscle, but it just hasn't been working for me. My work schedule is totally screwing me, and I don't eat nearly as much as I need to be. It's frustrating. Better than having the opposite problem. Just keep eating, man. And kill the cardio if you've been doing that.
