Obviously every pitcher is an injury risk but Sale is no more so than any other guy imo.

I'm still not sure why Sale is so much more of an injury risk than any other pitcher.

Well I have to work an 11 hr shift today and then after that lots and lots of drinking. Hooray 5 hr open bars!

Been doing some bulking the last few months so I'm going to do about a 3 month cut of about 15 lbs starting on the 2nd, that's the first move, besides that just keep my life on the upswing. 2012 was a great year for me and I don't want to ruin that in 2013.

Seahawks-Skins should be an absolute blast to watch.
