well this settles it. If that series ends up meaning something (aka-were not eliminated by then) I will throw a Pre-Game/Post-Game Party at one of the watering holes up there. I have 2 of them in mind, but Im going to check into things first as the date gets closer. Will be pretty easy to find each other, we'll all be wearing SOX stuff, heh heh. Ive done this before, and it was a blast, alot more SOX fans in Minny area than you would think. We ended up closing the place down one nite with a couple of SOX beat writers, that was fun just talking baseball with them

I dont have a problem with it. I think if he left the personal attacks/name-calling out of the article, it wouldve been regarded as a better piece in my eyes. Mariotti was making fun of Hawk for not following superstition. He made fun of WGN too. Because he dumbed down his article with the name calling, I just laugh at this ........... move on. Think Jay was bored for what its worth, Ed Farmer made darn sure he didnt mention the "No-no" word, until after the hit. Farmer said afterwards he was very conscious to make sure he didnt say anything about it

If the SOX are in it, is anyone going? As of now I'm planning on being there. I wonder if I should take my WS Trophy? Think I should throw another party, similar to the one I threw in San Diego ............

This team, all year long, just cannot get on a winning streak. Any kind of 8 game streak will do it for us .......Knowing our luck, once we do it, the Tigers and Twins will also wakeup. Im sure having a bad bullpen/Vazquez/Ozzie lineup-bullpen mismanagement has a lot to do with it.
