Currently at the game with about a whopping 10 other Sox fans in attendance. Watching this team on offense is torture.

I agree I’d rather not see Crochet or Fedde make another start before next Tuesday if they are indeed being moved. I’ll be at the game tonight and as much fun as it’ll be watching crochet I’d prefer to sit him. Just not worth the risk a week away from a potential monster return to set the future up.

I don’t think we have a clue who Chris Getz is yet as a GM, it’s just too early. However we may begin to have a better feel after we see his returns before next Tuesdays deadline if/when he moves Crochet, Fedde, Robert, etc.

If the Orioles come callin for a Sox SP, Fedde is likely more of their speed for the prospect hugger Mike Elias.

i haven’t heard that. Just listened to Robert Murray on baseball insiders and he says they are going to be aggressive. Didn’t mention anything of not shipping out positional prospects.

I think most would be on board with doing a deal with Seattle if we move Robert. A top 3 farm likely in baseball. I see your point though. I think Elias is too chicken to pony up the prospects for crochet but I think a guy like Fedde could be in his wheelhouse. I still if I had to guess think we move Crochet to either LAD or SD. Robert gets moved in the winter is my guess.

Robert Murray live on YouTubes baseball insiders now He thinks Crochet is moved and doesn’t totally buy Yankees actually putting Jones in a crochet package. Doesn’t think it gets done with them. Thinks Crochet ultimately gets moved and will get “massive” interest. Thinks Mariners are going to be aggressive and mentions Robert as possibility there. Thinks Mariners leaves deadline with 1 or 2 bats.

It sucks the two teams I think clearly being the most desperate for crochet will be YanKees and Dodgers as both teams are all in (especially the dodgers). I just don’t care for how we match up with either one.

Yea I don’t think Sox move Robert until the winter. I think Crochet is gone before next Tuesday though.

Don’t like how we line up with the Cardinals, hope he’s moved elsewhere.

I couldn’t possibly have any less interest in packaging both Crochet and Robert to LAD for that mid farm of prospects, gross. This boneheaded FO better do the intelligent thing and put them apart in separate deals. Trading them both in a package to the dodgers of all teams would be very Whitesox.

I’m not a big Nastrini fan. Don’t think he’ll be apart of any future Sox rotation.

Robert is way too rich for what they could acquire especially with multiple years still on his deal. If they want an OFer from the Sox it would have to be a guy like Pham. They dont have the dudes for either Crochet or Robert here.

Nope they don’t, you’d have to grab a young piece of the big league roster to go with their prospects in a deal.

If I’m Getz and Dodgers are serious about Crochet I’m asking for something like…. Pages De Paula Rushing Doubt they do it but I don’t love how we line up with them anyways.

Lol at Royals being a fit for Crochet/Robert. That farm is awful. They don’t have the prospects to fetch Fedde. Think along the lines of Tommy Pham for KC.

I also think it makes sense to potentially beat 2 division rivals also in the playoff mix the Yankees and Os to a power arm like crochet. The Orioles and Redsox are probably my 2 favorite matches for him.

Many of you are saying this but Boston has been the most underrated match team for Crochet out there not enough people are talking about. 3 position players inside pipeline top 24 in Mayer, Anthony and Teel. Also a team in the hunt that absolutely need SP help.

I’m going to the game Tuesday night in Texas. Totally expecting a Nicky/Dejong MIF pairing just to piss me off.

I don’t love the way we’d match up with them in a deal for Crochet.

Sanford too in this class for them. Lot of nice upside players drafted so far for the Pirates.
