i did this a couple years ago its cool because your players price goes up but if you still have them then your cap goes up so you could start with a 30 mill dollar team but end having a 35 mill dollar team. or it can go down to like a 25 million dollar team

QUOTE(chimpy2121 @ Mar 7, 2005 -> 12:05 AM) I liked it. Not my favorite but I think it is worth seeing. I still dont get the Fred Durst cameo (it has nothing to do with the storyline at all). Andre realy did a good job acting, but I think the Rock was the best. Ya Durst was kinda outta place...I would of much rather been without him or seen Fabio

I Saw Be Cool and personally really liked It. I mean every one did a good job. Rock was great, Vaughn Was the best part, and even Andre 3000 was funny. I went in not expecting a whole lot but i really like it.

QUOTE(whitesoxin' @ Mar 5, 2005 -> 02:49 PM) Are you getting a big lead before you steal? Use the right analog stick to get a few extra steps before you take off. i always get picked off maybe i just take to big of a lead

QUOTE(Soxnbears01 @ Mar 5, 2005 -> 12:27 AM) Think i've finally found the right combination for my dynasty. All star difficulty, no sliders. And i'm playing out a game, then managing the next. So far i'm 3-3 (played 2-1) (managed 1-2) what exactly are sliders

QUOTE(ChiSoxFan @ Mar 3, 2005 -> 05:53 PM) And they're about to lose Marco Rivera to the Cowboys. ya it sucks

QUOTE(AddisonStSox @ Mar 2, 2005 -> 09:10 PM) Don't be so sure. A lot of experts anticipate the Packers selecting a DE with the first-round pick, namely Cody from USC. ya pack need some help up front all they have is KGB and kampan, hunt sucks grady gets injured to much so they prob will thake the USC guy are take Crowder and move barnett to OLB..There secondray has a lot of potential and now with a year under his belt i think carroll should be better...They need some Safties though. They will need one really bad if they dcide to cut sharper

*Official* College Basketball Thread
Spod=Ratings replied to Heads22's topic in Alex’s Olde Tyme Sports Pub
QUOTE(Butter Parque @ Feb 24, 2005 -> 10:51 PM) Actually, if you ever watched a college basketball game or ever heard anyone talk about JJ Redick, you would have learned or seen that he has become one of the best players in the country at driving to the basket and drawing fouls. Whe he gets to the line, it's automatic. You would have also learned that he has improved his defense dramatically, if you saw the UNC game, you saw that, just ask Rashad McCants. With a statement like yours above, it shows just how little you know about college basketball, so before you make remarks, think. Should have known, coming from a Illinois fan. By the way, who was the last team to beat Illinois? Just a question. They also had Deng and Duhon and thats last year -
QUOTE(CWSGuy406 @ Feb 24, 2005 -> 10:20 PM) For those who created Iguchi, what batting stance did you make him? I can't find that friggin' Iguchi video and it's pissing the hell out of me... i am using ichiro it looks good

QUOTE(LowerCaseRepublican @ Feb 24, 2005 -> 06:50 PM) There were plenty of stupid gimmicks when Vince was having competition... The Castration of Val Venis "I choppy choppy your pee pee!" Atom Bomb Meat The Gobbledy Gooker I could go on for a while. And you're right about HHH. He's such a ginormous dickweed. And if anybody is interested there is a really good book out now called "The Death of WCW" that goes through why it went from the top of the heap to the infamous ::shudder:: "Viagra on a Pole" match with Shane Douglas and the "Jeff Bagwell's Mom on a Pole" matches on its downward spiral. And could Vince have handled the purchase of WCW/ECW any worsely as an angle? They had the WCW superstars being squashed by WWF midcarders...and I loved that in the Invasion match it boiled down to Kurt Angle vs Stone Cold Steve Austin because truly they were the faces of ECW and WCW ah yes i remember meat...he was so worthless

QUOTE(Mr. Showtime @ Feb 24, 2005 -> 03:41 PM) Wrestlemania 2 was in Chicago, along with NYC and LA. Wrestlemania 3 was in Detroit with Hogan vs. Andre.Wrestlemania 13 was also in Chicago. I'm surprised they aren't using the United Center, seeing as to how it is the bigger arena. I know in years past they had a hard time, because WCW had a deal with the UC, but there is no WCW anymore. Oh well.. wasnt 2 in like 3 locations also?

QUOTE(mreye @ Feb 24, 2005 -> 03:31 PM) 3 was in Chicago, wasn't it? Any others? I know they had a Summer Slam here too. It was the first event held in the UC. 13 was also
