Honestly I have no idea how there can be any negative reaction to this signing buying out his arb years, especially from the folks who clammored for us to re-sign Garland.

So I have a specific legal question regarding leasing/buying a car. SO the Chicago taxes are ridiculous when it comes to leasing and adds a couple of hundred bucks to the monthly payment over what you would pay in another state like Michigan. So heres the question: If I lease a car in Michigan, and title it at a Michigan address that is not my permanent residence, is it legal? I save almost 200 dollars a month on a payment.
