Who wants a 10-15 min cardio/strength workout???? YES!! I knew you all did. I thought I'd share this out as I do this when im on the road and a co-worker wondered how I got so sweaty in 10 min. Its called: Burpees from hell You have about 15 min to train and then shower and go to dinner. First: Stretch hammy's and quads and anything else that is tight. You should stretch everyday anyway. Then, put a timer on for 10 min, you will be working out essentially every min. Your goal is 10 burpees in under a min. if you are advanced you can do a pushup when down on the floor, if you suck you dont even need to jump at the top. Once you finish 10 burpees you have the rest of the min to "rest". As soon as the next min starts you have another 10 to do. Do this for the entire 10 min. Thats it. Easy way to burn a few hundred cals in under 15 min. You can modify the burpees to change it or even make it hard but you are talking about cardio, little strength in glutes and chest.
