Have to love Soriano assuming nobody would ever run on him. I know the scouting report says be careful running on him, but it doesn't mean he should just assume nobody will ever run on him ever. At least he's making it up at the plate /green!
Have to love Len Kasper not giving Jenks any credit for the K of Milton Bradley
interesting to note that Soriano will STILL be patrolling LF and hitting leadoff for the cubs in 2014 making 18 million dollars a year.

Everybody sing along with me:
"GO CUBS GO... GO CUBS GO! HEY CHICAGO WHAD'YA SAY - THE CUBS ARE GONNA SUCK TODAY"
Everyone knows the original words are Choke Cubs Choke.

I hate to knit-pick, but is Beckham ever going to make a diving stop and cleanly throw someone out? His game today defensively left a lot to be desired.
First year in pro ball.

Would love to see Beckham get his first multi-hit game here
Squared it up a bit too well, but once again solid contact.

Well Danks has 98 pitches. I'd start him in the 8th but I'd have Thornton ready in case he starts to falter.
Linebrink is probably more likely.
I wish they showed the other angle or pitchtrax for Danks' pitches more often because his fastball has that late break away from righties that you just cant see on TV.
