  1. Why don't these guys just point their attention to their own MLB team in Tennessee. Wait a minute.....
  2. Last year, I was very confident giving the bullpen a one run lead. This year, I wonder how the bullpen is gonna lose another game.
  3. When I was leaving the game, there was some guy in Lot E willing to buy peoples WS rings for $25 bucks each. There is no way I would pay over 10 bucks for these rings on Ebay.
  4. Staying away from all the politics that have been brought up, I do agree with him that the White Sox winning the world series should of been on the cover of SI. f***ing bulls*** you put a monday night match up on there and in the upper right hand corner you put a little circle "White Sox win world series". s***, the Red Sox were on the cover three weeks in a row when they won. Thats why I didnt buy any of that bulls*** from Sports Illustrated when the White Sox won the world series. Get off of our band wagon SI, ignore the White Sox again when they go back to back.
  5. QUOTE(tonyho7476 @ Nov 22, 2005 -> 12:47 PM) I heard on AM1000 that the Best Buy in Downers had the DVD on sale today...so I ran over there...and sure enough...I just bought 2. Now AM1000 is reporting that the display was just taken down. BUT I GOT MINE! HA HA. I was the one that sent to email carmen and silvy saying my gf went to go get one as soon as they took the display away. That really sucked. Good thing you got yours though!
  6. QUOTE(easyw @ Nov 12, 2005 -> 03:29 PM) You'll see an increase in attendance. But I think most Sox fans are like me - we simply won't pay our own hard earned cash to get into the park. I use my connections - friends with other teams, friends who work for US Cell, season ticker holders.. etc... 2006 will definately be one of the Sox Top 5 in franchise attendance.. no small feat for a club that's been around for 100 years.... Speak for your self. I dont think most Sox fans are like you. Yes they might not have enough money to drop down for season tickets, but I think most Sox fans will pay with their hard earned cash to see the 2005 WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS!! Even if they only go to a couple of games a year.
  7. I've heard this from here and WSI but I have seen no solid proof. Lets wait and see in about 20 minutes.
  8. QUOTE(LosMediasBlancas @ Oct 23, 2005 -> 08:20 AM) That's the part of it that makes me nervous. Obviously, you wouldn't buy any print outs. I've seen some that look just like regular season tix and some that are the bigger colorful ones with the WS logo on them. For those of you who have tix, is there anything on them that we should look for so we know they're legit?? First of all to the original poster, congrats! Great job! When looking at the full size color tickets. Look on the back to see the blue strip i think on the top and make sure you can see the "I Live for this" in the back ground. Also, make sure the mlb.com logo is in color.
  9. 5 LOB in extra innings, playoff teams don't do that. Im sick to my f***ing stomach right now
  10. After settling down after last nights massacre, its not looking too f***ing good. You would think that the Sox, coming off the most emotional game of the year would come out guns blazing and stick it down the indians throats, but nope, once again they decide to hit pop ups all day. I dont know if this team can be motivated anymore. What else can motivate them? They just look flat, they are waiting for th home run, while their opp. are hitting the s*** off of the ball. Maybe the Sox should close the upper deck, cause every time they have a packed house, they decide to play like s***. Im back on the ledge farmio, and it looks like I'll be on here a while.
  11. I seriously don't know what to say. They got beat being up in the ninth by the best AAA team in the league. WHAT THE f***
  12. f*** ESPN. If I was the White Sox management, I would not allow ESPN to televise any more White Sox games, or even allow any of their reporters the chance to get in the stadium and interview the players. They want to ignore the White Sox? Thats fine, the Sox should ignore them right back.
  13. I say just let the first 15K in the park, thats it. These guys can't play in front of big crowds, so let them play in a empty park to see how baseball is when they aren't in first place. I guarntee though Crede will still go 0-4
  14. Favorite Cable Show: Pop Up Video
  15. QUOTE(IndplsSoxFan @ Apr 19, 2005 -> 10:37 PM) You can't buy those seats individually? Nope, they are only avaliable for a full season ticket plan. Thats why they are empty. I dont want to do the math right now, but its a LOT of money...
  16. QUOTE(mac9001 @ Apr 19, 2005 -> 09:53 PM) The $175 price tag, that's how. Its not just the $175, you have to pay the $175 for 81 games. Great marketing move Sox.
  17. For all of these people that are b****ing because nobody was at the park on a Wednesday afternoon...were you there?
  18. This is why im glad I have 10 days paid vacation from my job. But when I was back in school, I simply just ditched classes. And I went to school all the way in Macomb!
  19. Just payed my final deposit on my first ever season tickets! Can't wait for the season to start.
