I think a 4 man rotation at this point is a certainty. And yes, Wright has been a major disappointment.

I get where you are coming from. You're coming from the same pessimistic soap box you've been on all year. Even through the teams very hot streaks. You go ahead and b**** and moan about the White Sox. Me, I've enjoyed this second half and enjoy the fact that we are still in hunt this late in the year. And if, I repeat... if, this team doesn't make the playoffs, I will have enjoyed one hell of an exciting summer of White Sox baseball. I'm done. Let the b****ing and moaning resume.

My point was, just because a pitcher has been been struggling, that doesn't mean he is incapable of pitching a helluva game against us. It depends on which Ponson takes the bump, and which Sox team steps up to the plate.

Loaiza may have better run support (though I doubt it), but he also has a much better ERA. Bartolo Colon may be our best starter right at the moment, but Esty has been the horse we rode in on. Just a thought. Garland may have been our most reliable starter in the second half. He may have had some bad breaks, but he generally given us a quality start most every time out.

We can use all the breaks we can get.

I don't think it was a matter of Frank wanting to show they screwed up. I think Frank Thomas wants a ring. He's finally figured out what it is all about.
