last time i checked we had a good defense outfield. With a good mix of youth and vets. If Dye gets hurt? Every team is about one injury away from having a bad outfield or team. Does everything have to be ultra-neagtive on here. We have the worst outfield, we have the no pitchers, what if everyone gets hurt, we need to bring in someone huge to solve all our problems. Sounds really whinney to me.

I like football, but i love baseball. So it really has more to do with the sport than anything. That and i'm not a bears fan.

Why is everyone worried about depth? How often do you blow through two catchers in one year. If that happens you sign a Vet, but it won't.

I think the Sox will have the edge over the Tigers because i except the Tigers to have the same relapse the Sox did last year. If they don't than i think its the Tigers. The Twins and Clevland are behind and KC further behind, but not as far as they used to be.

I like the article. Its not extreme in one way or another. Just a view point of what KW is doing. I dont get why everyone is freaking out. We traded three major league players. One we knew was gonna get traded. Another was a bench player that was rarely used. Mccarthy was the one no one thought, but thats one guy thats kinda of played in the majors, kinda well and kinda not. Now if we had traded Thome, Konerko, Crede, Dye, The Count and Jenks. than i would have gotten nervous.

id rather see some of those guys take a mile or two off there fastball and have better control. Like how thorton learned to not over pitch and was more effective. i think it will be a lot better than last year. I also think that no team will want to start a bean ball war, well because that would just be to our advantage.

I think his HR total will be down, just because he'll be getting more time off. I think his average will come up to about .305 to .310 I know one thing i love our catcher duo.

what if none of the prospects pan out? Than you have to rebuild for the next couple years. I like our team now and our farm now. i think we have some good young arms and some good vet arms.
