Longest week in sports. Here's something to get you pumped. This has to be one of the liveliest electric crowds ever at the Cell.

I'm always impressed by Dunn's attitude. Seems like a great guy. It was cool watching the guys sitting together on the bench having a good time. Also impressed with the KC crowd last night. When Butler struck out and walked back to the dugout to a rousing standing ovation, the camera caught Peavy turning to Dunn and saying something. I couldn't read his lips but I imagine he was saying something along the lines of, "now these fans appreciate the game". Anyway, despite the outcome, it was still a fun game to watch.

Does anyone know what the Sox tv ratings have been like for the first half? I've been googling but can't find any info. It would be cool to see a source that shows all the teams' tv and radio ratings.

I wish I would've gone to tonight's game. Is there really 30,000 in attendance? It seems much more full than that. I hope we see similar crowds throughout the homestand but it doesn't look like it based on the US Cellular Map at ticketmaster. Thursday's game looks like it'll be virtually empty. It's good to see a big crowd tonight though and a whooping on the Rangers.

I recently sat in the upper deck and moved around quite a lot to get out of the sun or away from annoying fans, and ended up sitting in Section 527 for most of the game. After about 10 minutes of enjoying the game & nice view of the field & lake in the distance, we all jumped from a sudden loud thump or boom sound coming from below the seats. The same loud boom continued every 20 minutes or so throughout the game. Has anyone else sat in Section 527 and noticed this loud boom? What is this horrible sound coming from and can the Sox do anything to stop it if enough fans complain? This would be my favorite section if it wasn't for that.

Please prove me wrong.. Let's score some runs!!

I won't jump off the bandwagon like other fans but I'm just being realistic. The way we're playing, it's gonna be ugly for a while. I'll still watch though, regardless of how painful it gets.

It was only a few weeks ago when Hawk was raving about the bullpen with Wimpy and rated the bullpen an 8 1/2 out of 10. Way to go, Hawk!
