  1. I mean it's use it or lose, might as well use it.
  2. I would enjoy a 1 WAR beni season. Just give us anything.
  3. he managed to walk one of the worst hitters in MLB, we'll take it.
  4. lol why would you waste a sub here?
  5. Way to finish him off, now let us win the game.
  6. Gotta hand it to Roku and MLB.TV, first game of the year at the office and I have an ancient 40" Roku TV, it's almost a decade old, it could barely run the app last year (would glitch out every other inning) but they updated it and it's rock solid smooth so far. Rarely do you see such improvement in today's app environment.
  7. some pretty shitty ABs from atonacci today.
  8. damn i thought that was gone.
  9. Wow, that was a great play.
  10. Was just about to post the same. Gotten ZERO from them. It's an automatic out.
  11. Not sure they could have turned it had he gone on contact to 3rd, but yea hard to read that play.
  12. Bad baserunning, come on. First with Mune than with Vargas. Can't afford these mistakes.
  13. Stone really thinks 1B is more difficult than 3B? Is he taking the piss?
  14. Come on, more bad OF defense.
  15. There was a chopper last night and he let the ball play him TA style but he instantly reacted and fired a strike to first. Style wise just reminded me of uribe even tho totally different body types -- same soft hands tho. Whereas a SS like TA was always fighting something mechanics wise more naturally instinctual players don't even need perfect mechanics.
  16. He is a unicorn. There's never been a SS in MLB history with his batting profile, at least so far. I mean who is the last MLB SS to be on pace for 40+ HR, 6 WAR, while hitting 230? It's probably never happened. Part of it is environment but part of it is just Colson is insane.
  17. I mean the other side of that is that he's targeting guys with obvious flaws their original team already ID'd and decided to pass on. I don't see much of a player in Acuna, and for all the talk of Vargas' swing change it was really adding 12 good lbs of muscle the last two offseasons that took him from a marginal to solid starter.
