We sure love playing Perez for some reason.

Well Stone is half right, a guy like Acuna is very valuable on a good team as a super sub. Not so much as a regular on a bad one.

Just an awful AB. Too many of those for colson lately.

Grichuk! Thank god.

Transitioning to our game myself.

Has anything happened that pushes a talent down to us for the comp pick?

Zion Rose, 80 grade name.

6 months ago we figured Acuna would be our starting CF and probably about replacement level. Things can chance fast and yea you'd hate to move Vargas to 1B so early in his career but hey, we have the uber rare problem of too many good players on the South Side infield.

Had an electric Caleb Wilson debut last night too competing for eyes.

Bonemer is our future 250/350/500 guy in LF. With the talent in front of him that's his only option unless a bad injury or shocking trade with Colson, Roch, Vargas all with 5+ years of prime left.

He's def not a guy that stands out profile wise, but at the same time you don't want a guy that's maxed out physically either.

Yea it really doesn't decrease his value that much, and if it keeps him healthier go for it. Maybe he's plus 10 runs a season at SS and 8 at 3B, oh well.

I thought he was just trying to be the stoic dad as the family started getting emotional.

Feels like the NBA draft a bit with the clear tier at the top.

I def always like a multi sport background.

I can't get too caught up in this.

Law makes most his clicks being contrarian to the industry. He'll never change. Too much money in his role as gadfly.

It's the best plan long term, easily. I was against moving Colson but it's in the cards with Roch the guy here. Then you can save wear and tear on three sluggers and not lose much if anything defensively at SS. Makes too much sense.

It's Roch. Too much is coming out imo.

anybody know that song they just used on the outro? Bad Bunny?

Looks that way, ty. Time to hop in the shower.

Are we on the clock? I'm not seeing a count down.

FWIW his wxOBA is creeping up, at .311 now, he's been around .330 or higher the last three weeks. He's making great contact. Defense remains good if not quite elite. Well deserved nod and what a find by Getz, even if he regresses to just a 95 wRC+ bat, he's still a decent starting option given his defense.

I was honestly asking. We stunk at it but I'd imagine there's someone out there that could potentially contribute this season.

Are there any college relievers that could play in MLB this year slotted around 60-90?
