  1. That's what BaseballSavant has right now for those two.
  2. Vaughn is at the 24th percentile for footspeed, Abreu 17th so far (where 0% would be the slowest guy in the league).
  3. I looked away when it was 2-0. Oops.
  4. I can’t say that this is the wrong call, but i do believe it leaves you no room to add a LH bat to the outfield unless someone else gets hurt.
  5. Eloy was a better hitter in 2019 and 2020, but he hasn’t been over ‘21 and ‘22. If both of them were still prearb players that would be a good comparison, but Eloy has a bunch of money remaining on his deal still.
  6. He probably has the most extreme platoon splits so that does make sense, but that also means you need to acquire a fairly good LH hitting OF since he's been so darn good against righties that sending him down would actually sting.
  7. If everyone on this team was healthy, then "Burger, Moncada, Eloy, Vaughn, Pollock, Abreu" are 6 guys for 5 positions (3b, LF, RF, 1b, DH). One of them sitting on the bench every day wouldn't be a bad setup, except for the fact that they're all Right Handed. If no one has a major injury, then where do you find room for a lefty in the OF without permanently removing one of those guys from the lineup or sending Burger down to AAA?
  8. He currently is hitting worse than Harrison.

I would probably have guessed right in that range will be their goal. If Everyone here stays healthy through the all star break they can probably manipulate the order of guys to spare him some innings there easily.

Kopech is currently on pace for 140 regular season innings.

No one could possibly have predicted this, right?
  12. Also strongly favored white sox, although bad for both.
  13. All gameday is telling me is the Jays pitching coach was just tossed
  14. Fine. Get Martin up in the 5th inning so he gets plenty of a warmup since he’s used to starting, then he gets the 7th and 8th.
  15. I hadn’t even bothered to show up in this thread until he put Martin in, it was that confusing.
  16. Or bringing in a second straight minor league starter each to do only 1 inning for some reason?
  17. Someone had to pitch the 9th. I will grant that one.
  18. Leave Lambert out there he’s a starter he can throw more than 1 inning. And he was at least throwing strikes.
  19. I’d still expect Graveman
  20. The insistence on using starters for 1 inning is completely bizarre to me.
  21. Does Mendick have the arm for that?
