  1. Cubs, KC, and Minnesota all lost, yes. Clemens denied #300...the Dodgers losing...almost a perfect day.
  2. Im a real sox fan and i realize the sox totally suck. Attack me too. You missed my point dude. If the Sox started winning and made the playoffs (far-fetched, yes, but work with me), you wouldn't do a 180 and say this team was great. I firmly believe that Soxfest would.
  3. I'm "attacking" him because he continuously makes unintelligent comments, and as far as I'm concerned is not a real Sox fan. If the Sox were 35-20, the Sox could do no wrong in his eyes. And his ignorant "get a clu" line has grown so f***ing old that it's not even funny.
  4. First thing Jim Rome has gotten right in 4 years.
  5. I think some vodka and OJ would be nice right about now...
  6. That could be said about 90% of us in here.
  7. Since it's not in green, I'll assume you're being sincere. And if you are, you are correct -- not many guys make that play. My mistake. Check it again. CWSOX45 My mistake. Check mine again.
  8. Most irrational comments made on this board occur immediately after or during a Sox loss. Concidence?
  9. Well whatever. He did well to get in position to make the play -- it just wasn't made. There's always next year.
  10. Your sarcasm is nausiating.
  11. It wasn't that easy of a play man.
  12. So I suppose we won't be seeing you here anymore this season?
  13. Tough play...but one that needs to be made.
  14. No #300 today. Tigers have tied it up at 8. I hope Clemens loses about 9 in a row then blows out his arm. Great pitcher, but :fyou him.
  15. If he threw a no-no, Valentin would probably make an error, and the Sox would end up losing 1-0.
  16. Borchard lucks out with a strike 3 call that wasn't made *giggle*, then ropes a double to right. I think it was Borchard's ball, but like you said, at least everyone's OK and the play was made.
  17. Oh my f***ing god. Who didn't see that one coming? I'm surprised Joe held onto it. That's his ball ALL the way. Bad play, Jose.
  18. In the 4 games since moving from DH to 1B... .357 avg, 1 HR, 5 RBI, .500 OBP, .714 SLG
  19. Konerko is now 0 for 4 and hitting .201 on the year, but he's hit 2 balls today that were HARD, but right at the defense. s*** happens when you're struggling like Paulie is.
  20. Am I really seeing this? First, the Sox get a runner home from 3rd ON THE FIRST TRY, then Lee works a walk, steals a base, and scores on a Frank double with a RISP? *Smells something in the air*
  21. Congratulations Frank!! There's a lot of us Sox fans that still love you -- great job big man!
