Burke was pretty much the Crash Davis of the Sox. A guy who just hung around in the Minors and than when he gets his shot he made the most of it. Cool story.

they said on the radio that they will pay him the buyout friday however this got me thinking why wait till tomorrow. I think that they might be working out a contract that has a ton of incentives. I might be wrong however i think they will announce a new contract tomorrow after they officially buy him out. What do you guys think? Also sorry if this was already posted here.
