As per usual DA, you read what you wanted to read and responded to only that part of it. This thread was started not only because of last night but also because of his entire spring training as well as his terrible season last year. He is progressively getting worse and the team has been doing everything to try and get something out of him. My question was how much rope does he get. Try and answer that and try to not get butthurt because I said k thx

Look, I'm not one to point at spring training numbers and say we need to panic, but holy christ he has been getting worse throughout spring training, and he just got lit up by the Knights. And he gave up a home run to Leury Garcia(that is really bad in case you don't know). How much rope does he get before the Sox have to shut him down or send him down. Or put him down. The team can't afford to let their fifth starter obliterate the bullpen because he can't get through 5 innings. What say you?
