But it has cost Caleb a lot because he very likely will be on his third OC within 3 months and DA, this isn’t a shot at you. You are far from the only person I have heard that will accept 9-8 as a reason to keep him.

This isn’t a “cheap” hire. This was a agent hire (trace armstrong reps like the entire staff) and a “don’t make flus think you want his job” hire which isn’t much better, but this wasn’t cheapest guy out there. He actually had done the job at the NFL level before (or so we thought)
