He is not a good first baseman at all. He is slow, he doesn’t communicate on the field, he doesn’t scoop well. He doesn’t have the power for the position, he hasn’t driven in runs well. why are you clowning on Rizzo? MF is in the World Series right now. These guys aren’t in the same discussion both on talent and accomplishments. if they replace him, I really don’t think it will be terribly hard to find a less than replacement level first baseman.
