QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Dec 17, 2008 -> 03:23 PM) How about a sandwich loaded with hotsauce? That should warn people about eating another person's food. Might as well throw in some shards of glass.

Great thread idea.

I love it when you go put something on the copier and hit 'copy' thinking you're going to make 1 copy but alas, the last person didn't reset the copier and you're now making 50 double-sided copies.

QUOTE (juddling @ Dec 16, 2008 -> 12:57 PM) ....for me the new season can't come soon enough. When does it start up again?

QUOTE (lostfan @ Dec 16, 2008 -> 12:55 PM) Eh the 9 year olds can play MLB Power Pros, I'm sure they could play with the remote. I'm just teasing. I'm always clownin' on my friends who have Wii.
-
QUOTE (lostfan @ Dec 16, 2008 -> 12:46 PM) Yeah, that'd be f***ing awesome, and it seems like it'd be so easy to create. Get the MLB license, add in things like bunting, stealing, and contact/power swinging, and I'd be addicted. Why won't they do it? Too complex for 9 year olds.

Iraqi "journalist" throws shoes at Bush

QUOTE (Thunderbolt @ Dec 15, 2008 -> 05:23 PM) Wow, it’s good to see liberals in this post-Obama world are still as bitter and politically uniformed as they were prior. It’s going to suck in 9 months when you can’t blame a thing on GW, isn’t it? It's just as bewildering that after 8 years of quite possibly the worst administration in our history there are people out there that stick up for it. What exactly has Bush and his cronies done that make you proud? What will his legacy leave other than utter failure? For crying out loud his approval ratings are not far from Blagojevich's. -
QUOTE (kapkomet @ Dec 15, 2008 -> 03:55 PM) Oh, and your avatar cracks me up, Big Sqwert. Check out some others. I like the last one with the Three Stooges.

Rod Blagojevich officially facing federal corruption charges

QUOTE (mr_genius @ Dec 15, 2008 -> 02:58 PM) Yea I heard that is a likely possibility. If that's what happened Obama is totally off the hook and basically is making things harder on himself for no reason. Seeing that Obama and Blago have never been close I could see Soxbadger's theory ring true. -
30 Rock has been pretty weak this season IMO.

QUOTE (kapkomet @ Dec 15, 2008 -> 02:05 PM) About as much correlation as John McCain being George W. Bush the Second. It's funny when the same games are played by "your guy" how he's defended in his actions. If this is the biggest reason to compare Obama and Bush then good luck. Hope you're not a salesperson in real life. -

QUOTE (kapkomet @ Dec 15, 2008 -> 02:03 PM) Being George W. Bush the Second. How ironic, huh? Pretty weak correlation if you ask me. -

QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Dec 15, 2008 -> 01:52 PM) The very actions he is undertaking here arouse suspicion where there should be none. If he had just came out and said I did the prudent thing and met with the governor regarding my replacement, there really isn't much that could be said. Instead they went through the back door, with not even direct contacts, but something like 5th party contacts. Why go so far to try to hide your meeting, even before an arrest had been made. and Blago became political kryptonite? Heck he promised us more direct contacts with dictators, yet he won't meet face to face with the governor of his own state, even before his arrest? The more I read, the funnier things smell. So what exactly are you accusing him of?
